His name is
Frederick Joel Ransbottom
His "Home City of Record" was Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
He was last seen on May 12, 1968
near Kham Duc Special Forces camp,
Quang Tin ("Great Faith") Province, South Vietnam .
He was 21 years old at the time.
WE WANT HIM TO BE BROUGHT BACK HOME!!!

Since the war ended,
over 250,000 interviews have been conducted
with those who claim to know about
AMERICANS STILL ALIVE IN SOUTHEAST ASIA,
and several million documents have been studied.
U.S. Government experts cannot seem to agree
whether Americans are there, alive or not.
Detractors say it would be far too "politically difficult"
to bring the men they believe to be alive home, and
the U.S. is content to negotiate for remains.

By 1990,
there was well over 1000 first-hand, eye-witness reports
of American prisoners still alive in Southeast Asia.
Most of them are still classified.
If, as the U.S. seems to believe, the men are all dead,
why the secrecy after so many years? If the men are alive,
WHY ARE THEY NOT HOME?!!

In special memory of an MIA from Oklahoma
His name is
John Edward Wilburn
His home city is Luther, Oklahoma
He was presumed killed on April 19, 1968,
in the A Shau Valley, South Vietnam, when he was
seen falling out of a helicopter under enemy fire.
A search was not possible at the time he fell.
He was 24 years old at the time.
