Cake cooked in Microwave!
 from scratch or mix.
It don't have to be a mix for the microwave. Mix
according to directions. Put a double thickness of
a paper towel cut to fit in the bottom of a microwave
tube pan and fill the pan half full. Cover with another
paper towel (this is to absorb moisture as it cooks)
and cook in microwave for 9 minutes! Take out and
spoon off the little wet areas around the edges, The
rest is cooked good. Turn it out into a pie dish or
on a plate. Frost with your favorite frosting.
A pineapple upside down cake can be made with this
method but don't put paper towel in the bottom, just put
your brown sugar, butter and pineapple in bottom. Cook
for 9 minutes and cover with a paper towel. When it is
done just dump it out into a deep pie dish and serve.
