The Task

A mysterious gem has been discovered near the tomb of King Tutankhamun in Egypt.  It has mystical symbols engraved into it. Four archeologists from around the world have been faxed photographs of one side each.  These four people need your help in deciphering the code and by doing so, possibly unlocking the secret of how the Ancient Egyptian civilization flourished and how it vanished.
You will be creating a four dimensional copy of the gem and also e-mail a journal of your decription activities to the archealogist that you are assigned to be an intern to.
