Caroline's House at Crouch End
View from the kitchen of the back yard, and (how convenient!) the house of great freinds Jan and Baz. They were so nice to invite us over to watch Arsenal vs. Valencia in a European Championship match. Their children Mattin and Lily are friendly and bright.

Sue, Lily, Jan, and Caroline getting chummy. (Sue and I realized that we had forgotten to say good-bye when we left on Sunday. A bit late but, "Good-bye Baz, Jan, Mattin, and Lily!")
Caroline takes us to our first pub, The Railway, and so began our pub-by-pub tour of London.
Marion, Sue, Caroline, Alan, and Frank at The Holly Bush pub in Hampstead. Alan could run a Personal Pub Tours of London business; He loves good pubs and good beer, and knows where to go in London for same.
Its not all about the pubs though. Here, for example, is the British Museum...
...Which we noticed while sitting at the Museum Tavern. Apparently they built this "British Museum" thing across the street for the convenience of the tavern patrons, and even named it after the Museum Tavern. How very thoughful of them.
