Chapter 30
Friday morning came bright and early and you awake to a phone call from
non-other than Isaac.
“Good morning. Did you sleep well?” Isaac asked you. You had no idea what time
it was so you look at the clock before you answer. To your surprise it was 7:00
AM.
“Good morning,” you smile to yourself it was great hearing his voice his thing in the
morning. “I slept okay, I guess. What are you doing up so early?”
“Early? I am always up at this time. I can’t talk long, we are getting ready to
practice. Just wondered if you and I could get together this evening? I have a surprise
for you.”
“A surprise? Really? Why?”
“Well.... because it’s your last night. I want it to be special. Just have your nicest
outfit on and I will come by to get you around 7:00 PM. Is that okay?”
“Hmm.... yeah.... sure. I’ll be ready.”
“Okay. Well, I’ll let you get back to sleep. Sweet Dreams.” He whispers into the
phone.
“Bye.” You hang up the phone and roll over to go back to sleep.
