It was a very beautiful summer day. Andrew jumped out of his bed. "Today is the big day!" he thought to himself, in just a few hours he would be marrying Colleen. In his joy he fell over his shoes. The night before he forgot to put his shoes away and now he'd nearly broke his neck falling over them. "Love really does hurt!" he said to himself and started to laugh.
At the homestead Colleen was so nervous about the day that was ahead of
her, she couldn't eat anything. Dr. Mike told her to at least drink something
and so Colleen decided to get some coffee.
When she came down the entire family was already up, including Katie, who'd
normally sleep all day. Colleen hugged her baby sister and Katie giggled.
Colleen seated at the breakfast table and took a cup of coffee and although
she wasn't hungry at all, she did take a piece of dry toast. Her stomach
couldn't handle anymore.
Meanwhile, at the Chateau, Andrew was having breakfast with his parents,
uncle and some of his Boston friends who came over to join Andrew on his
wedding day. All Andrew could think of was Colleen. Today they would finally
start the beginning of their lives together. He was feeling nervous, would
everything go the way he and Colleen where hoping for?
After breakfast he and his parents went upstairs to put on their wedding
clothes. His father took him aside, "Son," he said, "I know you'll be very happy
with Colleen and for your wedding present your mother and I want to give you
this." and he handed Andrew an envelope. "Father," Andrew said, "you don't have
to give us anything. We already have everything we could ask for. The
dream house Colleen told me about is finished, and although she hasn't seen it
yet, I'm sure she loves it. Besides, it's fully furnished." "Just open the
envelope Andrew!" his father said and so he did. What he took out of the
envelope was a hotel reservation for the best hotel in Philadelphia. "Father!"
Andrew stumbled, "You shouldn't have!" "It's my pleasure, both me and your
mother wanted to give you something and since you already have a house
with everything in it, we thought you might like this." Andrew nodded, "It's a
great gift, thank you father!" He went over to his mother and kissed her on the
cheek, "Thank you also, Mother!" "You're welcome, son!" she said.
At the homestead Colleen and Michaela where finishing getting dressed. Colleen stood in front of the mirror and watched herself, her eyes big. "Ma, I'm nervous!" she said as she looked at Michaela. Michaela took her adopted daughter into her arms and gave her a hug. She seated them both on the bed and said to her daughter: "It's normal to be this nervous, Colleen. You're no longer a little girl but a grown woman, and in a few hours time you'll be Andrew's wife." Colleen blushed deeply: "Ma, don't say that". "But it's true," Michaela said, "Your first time will probably hurt but that goes away, and then you will like it!" Mother and daughter looked at each other and both blushed. "But what if I don't know what to do and disappoint Andrew?", she asked her Ma. "Don't worry, Colleen, both you and Andrew are new at this but I can tell you when that moment comes, the both of you will instinctively know what to do. Now, is there anything else you want to talk about?" "No, Ma, nothing else." and she hugged her Ma.
The church was slowly filling up with people. Andrew walked nervously up and down the aisle. His nerves where about to give up, and he couldn't wait until this part would be over. He realised that in only a few hours he and Colleen would go on their honeymoon to Philadelphia. Sweat broke out and the tried to loosen his collar for a bit. "What if I disappoint her?" he thought. Oh well, we'll see how it goes.
At the homestead Sully was about to lead Colleen to the awaiting wagon that
would bring them to the church. Nervously her paced at the porch. He hadn't
seen Colleen in her wedding dress and he was curious to see what she would
look like.
First his youngest daughter came downstairs and ran up to her father "Pwetty
me!", Katie said and she smiled. Sully picked her up in his arms and said "Yes
Katie, you're my pretty little girl." Then he saw Colleen. She looked to
beautiful in her white wedding dress. Sully walked up towards Colleen and
took her into his arms for a fatherly hug. "You look so beautiful, Colleen and
I'm very proud of you. Just to think in only 1 hour's time you're Andrew's wife
and no longer my little girl." "Paaaa!", Colleen said sobbing, "I'll always be your
little girl, no matter me being married to Andrew. A lot has happened over the
past 2 years, I'm a doctor now and we'll be living right here in Colorado
Springs and you can count on me coming to the homestead often!" and she
smiled. Behind them stood Michaela, Matthew, Brian and Katie. They all
were ready to leave for the church.
Colleen started to feel more nervous as she and her family came closer and
closer to the church. She sighed, finally her dream was coming true. Her other
dream of becoming a doctor already came true and now, what she wanted
most in life was about to happen as well.
At the church all benches where filled with people. Everybody wanted to see
the wedding of the two youngsters who had been going trough so much and
now the moment of the rest of their lives together was about to start.
Andrew was talking to the Reverend, "Don't worry, Andrew, everything will go
great, there's no need to be so nervous." Andrew couldn't wait till Colleen
would finally arrive at the church, he desperately wanted the moment to come
in where he could kiss his bride. Outside he could hear horses coming and
his heart jumped up. "She's here, oh God, give me strength. I've been waiting
so long and now that the moment finally arrived I'm more nervous than I've ever
been in my entire life. I can't wait until she finally becomes my wife!" At that
moment the Sully clan came in. Michaela and Matthew sat down on the first
bench. Both Brian and Katie would be the "bridal kids".
The organ started to play and Sully and Colleen came in. Andrew's mouth fell
open as he saw Colleen and he thought to himself "She's even more gorgeous
than she usually looks!" Sweat broke out when Colleen and Sully came
walking down the aisle. Brian and Katie where the first to get to Andrew and
Brian gave him a "about time eh" smile.
Then the big moment arrived. Colleen stood besides him and Andrew couldn't
keep his eyes from Colleen. His eyes told her I love you and so did Colleen's.
The Reverend started: "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here together..." but
Andrew and Colleen had only eyes for each other without hearing a thing until
the Reverend said: "Andrew, do you take Colleen to be your lawfully wedded
wife and do you promise to love, honour and cherish her till death do you
part?" "I do!" Andrew said with a loud voice. "Now, Colleen, do you take
Andrew to be your lawfully wedded husband and do you promise to love,
honour and cherish him till death do you part?" "Of course I do, I've waited long
enough!" Colleen said and laughter filled the church. Both Andrew and Colleen
smiled and Colleen faced Andrew, saying "I can't believe I just said that!" and
blushed. "You may now kiss the bride!" the Reverend said and both Colleen
and Andrew were very willing to do so. When Andrew leaned in to do just
that, he could hear Colleen whispering "Finally!" when he put his mouth firmly
unto hers. After the kiss lasted for several minutes the Sully clan started to
whistle. Finally Andrew and Colleen came out of their trance and smiled at
each other. Andrew's finger ran slowly down Colleen's jawbone and she
closed her eyes whispering "I love you Andrew!" and was immediately followed
by Andrew's "I love you so much as well!" Andrew took Colleen's hand into his
own and started to walk towards the church door.
At Grace's cafe people were packed, sitting next to each other. Everybody
wanted to see the newlyweds who would be joining them within seconds.
Andrew and Colleen still were standing outside the church. The Sully clan left
them there alone for a few minutes. "I'm so glad that's all behind us
now!" Colleen said. "I know!" Andrew responded and followed on saying "Our
lives together have finally begun!" and he smiled. Colleen smiled back at him
and leaned in for a kiss which Andrew was happy to give her. Soon Andrew
broke off the kiss and took his bride by the hand. He led her towards Grace's
cafe and he had to swallow lightly when he saw all those people waiting for
them. He saw Sully and Michaela sitting on the "head" table and started to
walk over to them. When he arrived at the table he sat Colleen down and sat
next to her.
After Matthew hushed the talking crowd, he raised his glass and said: "Congratulations Colleen and Andrew. May all your wishes come true and I hope the both of you will hurry up and give me a few nieces and nephews!" Both Andrew and Colleen had to blush deeply and out of the corners of their eyes, looked at each other, smiling shyly. Both thought of how it would be; to show the world how much they love each other and out of that love a child would be born.
At that moment the band started to play and the newlyweds were invited to
open the first dance. Andrew took Colleen into his arms and started to dance,
slowly. "Am I glad that is all over and I finally can hold you in my arms
Colleen. It's all official now and I can show openly how I feel about you!" He
lowered his head and heard Colleen whisper: "Oh Andrew, I love you so much!"
before he put his lips on her willing mouth. The world didn't exist for the young
couple anymore; bodies close to each others, lips touching.
"They sure are a beautiful couple together." Sully said to Michaela and she
nodded. "I'm glad they finally can show everybody they belong together and
they don't hesitate to do so." Michaela said and she sighed. "I can't believe
Colleen's a married woman and a doctor now. Who could've thought this was
going to happen years ago." Sully agreed with her and took her into his arms
to join the newlyweds in a dance.
Then the time came for Andrew and Colleen to leave and go on their way to Philadelphia. After both hugged their families and took their good advice they stepped into the train. There, Andrew took Colleen into his arms and did what the entire town wanted him to do; he kissed his bride with so much passion, a lot of the women felt a bit jealous. Michaela looked into Sully's eyes and saw the kiss Andrew and Colleen shared did something to him as well. The train started to move and the newlyweds waved to the townsfolk when Andrew took Colleen up in his arms and carried her into the train-compartment which would be theirs for the entire journey over to Philadelphia, which would take several days.
Andrew sat his wife down in a chair and cleared his throat. "Colleen, would you like something to drink?" "No, thank you." Colleen answered. Andrew in the meantime had taken off his coat, and undid the first 2 buttons on his shirt. All that time Colleen stared at him with an open mouth. "Is anything wrong Colleen?" Andrew asked. "No, Colleen answered, I'm just very nervous." "So am I!" Andrew replied. "But you don't look nervous!" Colleen followed on. "Maybe not on the outside, but on the inside I'm a nervous wreck! You should feel my heart pounding!" Colleen stood up and did exactly that, she placed her hand on his chest right over his heart and she could feel his heart go wild. "Oooh, she thought, am I the cause of this?" and as she looked up into Andrew's eyes. "Kiss me, Andrew!" she blurted out. Andrew took her into his arms and started to kiss Colleen like he'd never done before. Colleen could feel Andrew getting excited and moved in his arms. "Colleen!", Andrew whispered and looked deep into her eyes. Without a word said Andrew saw in Colleen's eyes her answer: "Yes!"
He kissed Colleen and in the meantime started to open the buttons on her
back. His hands where shaking. The kiss went on but with more passion as
Andrew opened the last button on Colleen's dress. He ended the kiss when he
slid the dress over her arms and further down, until she was practically
naked. Colleen had a deep red colour on her face and Andrew said to her
"You're so beautiful, Colleen!" Colleen's red face nearly became purple. "Don't
worry, everything will go just fine!", Andrew said and he smiled shyly. He took
Colleen into his arms and walked towards the bed where he gently put her
down again. Colleen opened her arms so Andrew could lay next to his love.
Colleen started to caress Andrew's face. Andrew did the same to Colleen.
Andrew became more daring and moved his hand down towards her belly.
Colleen couldn't stay behind and moved her hands down his back, to caress
it. Andrew stopped and stood up to remove the rest of his clothes. He laid
back on the bed and helped Colleen with removing the rest of her clothes, and
then took her into his arms and began kissing her again. The passion
increased. "Colleen," he said, "I'm going to try to be as gentle as I can but I
know it will hurt no matter how gentle I am." Colleen caressed his face and said
"I love you Andrew and I want this to happen as much as you do." Having said
that, she pulled her arms around his neck and kissed him. Slowly, Andrew
moves over her to position himself between her legs and slowly enters her, a
shiver runs down his spine. Colleen's face shows signs of pain, but when she
starts to whisper against his mouth, he loses all control and thrusts deeply
into her. Colleen, screaming with pain, digging her fingernails into his back.
Colleen cries out in pain. "Oh my God. Colleen, what have I done? I'm so
sorry! Please forgive me!" he tries to apologize. "Please forgive m.....Colleen
stops him with a passionate kiss. "Andrew, I'm okay!" she tells him, "Please
don't stop!" Andrew, encouraged, smiles down at her and presses his lips
firmly onto hers once more. As the kiss becomes more passionate, Colleen
starts to move her hands up and down his back. With each gentle thrust, both
are driven closer to the edge. Andrew feels his release nearing and starts to
move faster and faster. Colleen at that moment reached the top and finally
release comes for Andrew, he shakes and Colleen caresses his face, when
he rests his head on her breast, both feeling complete.
Andrew lay down
on his back, pulled Colleen in his arms and placed her head against his
chest. "Colleen," he said, "I am so sorry for hurting you like that." "Don't worry
Andrew." Colleen told him, "Ma said it would hurt but as soon as the pain was
gone, I liked it. I'm glad you were the first one." Both felt pretty sleepy and
after a gentle kiss, they fell asleep, dreaming of this day, neither would ever
forget and pleased they were finally husband and wife.
