A friend as you are to me
Never thought I'd be so lucky
And feel so happy
After all the dark rain
After losing all the affection
And the pain
To find someone so pure
So true
Someone like you
Is it dream?
Or is it real?
This strange thing that i feel
Everything you say
I know for sure
Is not a play
Everything you write
Seems always so right
Everything you do
Is how it should be done
Everywhere you go
You always seem to know
What I want
How i feel
Can you look through me?
Or are you just so like me?
I never knew
That there could be someone like you
Someone as cute and sweet
Someone who is just so neat
All that I fear
Is one day I'll be here
And you won't be
