Let me tell you about a theory
A great love that shines with glory
The moon looks at earth
He'd seen her since his birth
Looking at her, with the eyes of a moon
A lover's look, hoping and praying to be the groom
And earth finds her vigilant knight
In the middle of the night
He stands with pride
Waiting for her to be his bride
She smiles at him
Happiness almost killing him
Oh, how his love grows
And as the wind blows
A love melody
Fills them with ecstasy
The handsome moon gets closer
And closer
He wants to hold her
Kiss her
And never lose her
The charming prince
Blushes
With shyness
He closes his eyes
The earth raises
Towards his lips
As she flips
To red
Her heart stops
She is just happy not yet dead
But at once the earth
Pushes that new day of birth
The moon pulls away
Shines upon the sky
Trying to give her joy
Impress her
and never depress her
That gloomy night
Is the night of all nights
In each month
It happens again
Moon and Earth
Love and faith
Along the way
And all the way
Till the end
