When I looked into your eyes,
That clear beautiful night ,
I knew I found love..
Your presence came into my Life..
Like a desert wind ..
Heating, yet, refreshing my soul...
The embraces we shared, so beautiful,
Each felt like it was so new ..
You filled my heart with pleasure,
A pleasure I was sure would never flee...
...
Until the day you turned around,
And ended it with me ..
Tears slipped from my eyes,
Wondering what I'd done wrong ..
You came back at me,
Making me feel worse than sin ..
Your lies scarred my soul,
The deep insults brought a hatred for you,
Deep inside my heart ..
I never thought I could hate you,
Not with all the love,
That was held for you in my heart...
Somehow, despite my hearts cries,
I began to hate you,
A hatred with a passion..
Ignited by a fire..
I knew I had a hate for you,
I could feel it in my soul,
But I was unable to clear you from my mind ..
Confusing as it was,
It slowly dawned on me why ..
In my heart, I held so much love for you...
The amount of Love, making the hate disappear..
Bringing back the memories of us being together,
The happiness we shared, making me miss you more
..
You expressed your inner feeling to me,
Explaining your secret love,
The love you held that was all mine ..
Although we cannot be together..
My love for you,
Collided with a passionate hate ..
The hate that you extinguished with your pure love ..
External forces keep us apart..
But forever and always,
I'll love you ..
And for all eternity...
You'll be in my heart...
