Black Hole ~ By Diamond

Falling backward..
Into that deep black familar hole,
I've lived in for so long,
Thinking I'd finally reached the top,
Only to fall back in again..
..
Tired of trying to reach that light,
All my energy drained,
From climbing so high ..
Wondering if I'll ever suceed,
And reach my light,
The light that brings my only hope..
..
Lying breathless, at the pit of my hole..
Crying tears that will do no good,
Frustrated with myself for slipping again,
Just as I reached my goal..
..
Looking up,
Seeing my goal,
The light shining brightly,
Encouraging me to try again,
Claustrophobia sinking into my body ..
Feeling trapped in this hole ..
..
Slowly I start my climb again,
My ever-so-painful climb ..
Waiting for the day..
I leave my hole of depression,
And I reach my goal ...
