Culture Shock -Part 5-
Alexandra looked expectantly at the two attractive guys standing at the counter. Both gave her dumbfounded looks."No, we aren't part of *NSYNC," AJ said slowly, obviously stunned that the girl didn't immediately recognize them.
"Oh," she said disheartened. "Wait... are you those 93 Degrees guys?"
"That's 98 Degrees, and no, we aren't them either." AJ was slightly annoyed, but Howie just laughed.
"Oh, hmmm... you do look familiar," she started, unsure of what to say.
"We're in the-" Howie slapped a hand over AJ's mouth. "Dude, don't. It's more fun watching her try and guess," Howie whispered and AJ reluctantly nodded.
"I got it!" Alexandra snapped her fingers. "EYC! Wait... no... LFO!" She threw names into the air as AJ slid his sunglasses down his nose and just stared at her.

"This is our Deep Sea Aquarium exhibit. Built in 1997, it is the newest addition to the museum. Over 300 different types of aquatic life forms live in the waters around you. As you can see, most of them are exotic, making them salt water fish. Please take a look around at the different tanks," Jacquie concluded as she straightened the annoying jacket she was forced to wear each day.
Once again, Brian's hand shot up and Jacquie smiled, chuckling slightly. "Yes?"
"Do you sell them? Ya know, to like, seafood places and fish markets?"
Kevin reached over and smacked Brian on the back of the head. The older cousin was actually enjoying hanging out at the museum and the tour guide fascinated him, not only with her vast knowledge on many topics, but with her patience. His only problem was that Brian kept trying to be funny the whole time and now it was getting old.
"No, sir, they are for museum purposes only," she said sweetly.
"What happens when they die? Do you just flush them down the toilet or do they get a proper burial?" Brian asked a genuine question for once that had Jacquie pausing.
"I honestly don't know what happens when they die. I'm sure the museum has some sort of proper disposal system for them," she answered as Kevin excused his cousin for what seemed like the hundredth time.
"You'll have to excuse him..."
"Yeah, I know." She smiled widely at the two men before winking at Kevin. "He was dropped on his head as a baby."

"Look! I know them," Aaron pointed to the tour group and Miranda started to freak out again. The two guys he was pointing to were Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson from the Backstreet Boys. "Come on, I wanna do something."
Miranda stood beside Aaron at the far side of the aquarium wall. Placing his face next to the glass, Aaron started making funny faces. Miranda giggled at his twisted sense of humor and joined in on the fun. The two stayed there giggling and contorting their faces for several minutes.
"Did you hear that?" Kevin nudged Brian.
Brian lowered his head and listened intently. "Laughing, yeah kinda sounds like..." he said trailing off as he spotted a certain little blonde on the opposite side of the aquarium.
Noticing that Brian and Kevin had seen them, Aaron and Miranda gave them a short wave.
"Come on, let's grab them before they get away," Kevin said. They met Aaron and Miranda as they came walking around the large fish tank.
"Hey guys, having a good time?" Aaron asked, oblivious to the amount of time that he had been missing.
"We were until you ran off. Do you know how worried Nick is? He went off to search for you." Kevin"s expression matched his stern tone.
Aaron swallowed, knowing that if Kevin was this mad, Nick was sure to be. "I'm in big trouble, aren't I?" The two men nodded.
Listening to Brian and Kevin chastise Aaron, it occurred to Miranda that Nikki would be feeling the same way as Aaronfs brother. All the color drained from her face. "My Aunt Kiki is going to kill me!"
"Welcome to the club," Aaron lamented giving the girl beside him a sideways glance.
Brian chuckled and ruffled the little girl"s hair. "And who's this cutie?"
"I'm Miranda. Aaron and I met up in the gift shop."
Jacquie joined the group. "So is this our MIA?"
Brian nodded, "Yep, this is Aaron."
"Kevin?" The boy asked. "Do you know where Nick is?"
"No, he could be anywhere in the museum."
Whipping out her trusty two-way radio, Jacquie called her friend in security again.
"Amy here."
"Ames, remember the little blonde we were looking for earlier?"
"Yeah... you ever find him?"
"Actually," Jacquie giggled. "He found us. Could you take a peek and see if you spot a large version of him running around?"
"Sure," the light female voice replied. "And I'm not going to ask what this is about." A second went by before the faceless girl spoke again. "Got him. Looks like he's headed back toward the Main Entrance. He doesn't look happy... neither does the girl with him."
"I take it the girl is 'Aunt Kiki'," Kevin asked Miranda, who blushed and nodded.
"Thanks again, Ames."
"Anytime."
Miranda turned to Aaron. "Maybe we should go back to the gift shop."
"Good idea," he replied. Always incorrigible, he added, "I'll race ya!" The two took off like rockets.
Kevin and Brian threw a quick "Thanks" to Jacquie before running off after the kids.
