Background: The Coopers are old money, just like most of the higher tier
of Manhattan’s social circle. Davis Cooper inherited his father position
as CEO of the communications company that provided them with their wealth.
He’s grooming his youngest son Eric to take over his position seeing as how his
oldest Andrew has no aspirations to run the company. As disappointed as this
makes Davis he finds solace in the many young women he sleeps with looking past
his wife and her ability to make everything right again.
Possible Storylines: Has a heart attack causing Eric to take over the
business for a while; Lynn stops overlooking his various affairs or catches him
in the act; begins to go bankrupt because he neglects the
business and plays around more than he should.
