Christmas passed really quickly and Christmas vacation was nearing an end. Of course they had a snow storm the week they didn't have schoool what fun could that be your supposed to miss school for a snow storm not already be on vacation. Paul had gone on vacation to the Bahama's for the break so no one saw much of him. Benji,Heather,Joel,Ashley,and Billy were all outside having snowball fights and making forts while Jina sat in her room watching them out the window. Joel had been confused and seemed to be ignoring her every chance he got.
" AH ASHLEY NO DONT YOU DARE", Billy stood a mere 1 foot in front of Ashley as Benji,and Joel were hiding in their fort. Heather was left alone by Ashley in theirs.
" I dont dare what?", Ashley's eyebrows rose as she got an evil grin on her face taking a big step towards Billy. Billy's hand was turning bright pink from the big snow ball in his hand. Ashley's black gloves prevented that from happening. The snowball quickly melted in Billy's hands leaving him unarmed.
" RUN BILLY!", Benji stated acting like he was in a movie. Billy turned around in pretend slow mo and ran toward the fort. As he did Ashley winded her good arm up and swung it at him and it him dead on in his back. Billy made himself fall to the ground.
" Oh my gosh my Billy", Ashley ran up to Billy and slid right down next to him.
" Billy speak to me", she stated slapping him. Billy tried not to smile while he secretivley made a snow ball in his other hand. He rolled over and threw it in her face. Ashley looked really pissed as the cold snow fell upon her face.
" Oh shit he's in for it now", Benji stated turning to his brother who was leaning up against the fort looking up into Jina's bedroom window.
" Joel?", Benji looked at his brother who was not moving.
" GUYS STOP IT!", Heather shouted from her side. Ashley was now on top of Billy hitting him. He didn't want to hit her back because she's a girl and he knew that you never hit girls.
" BENJ GET OVER HERE", Heather called. Billy threw Ashley off of him before Benji got there and he walked angrily down the street.
" I really hate him!", she angrily yelled as she went nextdoor to her house.
" Benj Im gonna go over there and see whats up with the girls, I'll catch ya later. Talk to Joel he needs it", Heather stated giving Benji a kiss. As she walked away Benji grabbed her and kissed her some more.
" Woah cowboy be good, I'll be back later", she winked at him as she walked towards the girls house.
" Hey Jo...", he began to say as he looked over to see Joel going inside.
" Joel wait up man", Benji stated following his brother into his room.
" Benji can't you f*cking leave me alone I dont want to talk", Joel yelled.
" Joel whats the matter your not the same crazy Joel Madden that I know, Im your f*cking twin you can tell me anything", Benji stated sitting down next to Joel.
" I know it's about Jina, but what about her".
" Im scared Benj, I know I sound like a f*cking pussy but Benj I dont want to lose her Ive known her for so long and living without her would be like dying", he stated.
" Joel I know your scared, dont you think she is too, and I know if I were you I'd want to spend as much time with her as possable because what if something goes wrong and she does go and your going to be kicking yourself in the ass for not tlaking to her", Benji explained.
" Benj I never told you but a few weeks ago when I went to give her flowers she was talking to Ash about me, and Ashley was saying how she knows Jina's head over heals or some s*it like that over me, and she siad the same thing I said about the pact and how we can never fall in love and I ended up standing in the doorway I dont even remember how I got there but it was so aquard I just said goodbye", Joel stated.
" So she doesn't like you that way?", Benji questioned.
" I dont think so", Joel stated.
" Well just be her friend then Joel you can't live in her f*cking foot steps for the rest of your life, dont let it bother you and let things f*ck up on it's own", he smiled and Joel. Joel smiled.
" I'll try", he stated.
" Good now lets go to Billy's and make sure he doesn't go crazy", Benji stated.
"Ash why are you crying?", Jina stated as Ashley came in. Jina quickly jumped off of her bed letting Ashley burry her head in a pillow and scream. She looked up at Jina tears streaming down her face.
"Ashley?", Heather quielty stated peaking her head in the room.
" Hey Heath what happend?", Jina stated watching her walk into the room.
" Billy, they were having fun and then Billy decided he'd throw some snow in her face and Ashley decided she wanted to beat Billy up again.. and Billy got angry and walked home", Heather explained. Ashley sat there on the end of her bed with a tissue.
" Flirting are we ash?", Jina questioned.
" F*ck you Jina f*ck you", Ashley responded.
" Ashley please.. you and..".
" Dont tell me we should date just because we're fighting because thats just like in movies we are fighting so it's mandatory that we fall in love I f*cking hate that", Ashley stated.
" Sorry", Heather stated sitting next to her.
" Listen I dont know what it's like to fight with a guy but I know you and Billy always had something about the way you fought", Jina smiled. Ashley looked down and blushed.
" Now you two take your jackets off it's time for girl talk", Jina laughed.

" Billy come on open up man", Benji shouted Joel stood behind him. Billy slowly opened the door with a few deep scratches on his face.
" Ohh Billy Im sorry man", Joel stated looking at his face.
" It's alright I guess, Im really not in the mood to be around anyone", Billy sadly said.
" Tonight we're going to the club with the girls you are soo coming Im sure Ashley will want to talk", Benji reassured him. Billy rolled his eyes and agreed.

"Tonight....at the club... 8:30... make sure Ashley comes", Heather giggled as she talked on the phone with Benji and looked over at Ashley.
" Love ya honey bunch", Heather stated hanging up the phone with Benji.
" We're going to the club tonight and there is no way you are backing out Ash", Jina looked at her. Heather started cracking up.
The girls all got ready. Heather was wearing black and white pladded pants with a black tank top and her big assed boots, Jina was wearing a red mini skirt with her chunk shoes with fishnets and a short black shirt that said I Love NY, Ashley was wearing her blue and red skirt with pins that ran up the side and a black tank top as well. They all met the boys outside of their houses so that they could all walk in the cold together. Ashley made sure she kept herself as far away as possable from Billy. They entered the smokey club atmosphere and placed themselfs at a big table. Jina and Joel sat at the table and watched everyone dance and get down. Ashley tried to just dance in a group with Benji and Heather but she got pushed out and forced to dance with Billy.
"Youve been awfully quiet latley",Jina yelled at Joel over the music. Joel looked up at her and then back down at his shirley temple ( they can't drink they aren't 18 yet lol but they can drink when no one is looking haha). Jina sighed and looked back at her friends on the dance floor. Joel watched her back up at down she never looked more perfect then at that moment he wasn't sure what he wanted to say to her or how he wanted to say it but he just had to say it.
"Are you scared?", he questioned her. Jina turned around.
" Im sorry what did you say?", Jina yelled bopping to the music.
" I SAID ARE YOU SCARED?", he said louder.
" Scared?", she looked at him with a puzzling look.
" About dying?", he looked at her in the eye.
" What made you think of that?", she questioned him as she fully turned around to face him.
" I dont know Ive wanted to ask you", he shyly stated.
" I was scared, now Im really not anymore, Im just going to live like there's no tommorow and when my time comes I'll just go. Are you scared to see me die Joel or know that I could anytime?", she questioned him. Joel looked at her.
" It's okay if you are Joel, Im a little scared", she whispered in his ear. She looked at him and smiled as she ran off to the dance floor to save Ashley and Billy from punching each others lights out. Joel watched as Jina danced her heart out.

" Hey that was soo much fun", Heather stated as she walked over to the table in Benji's arms. They were both sweating. Billy and Ashley sat down without saying a word.
" Where's Jina?", Joel questioned.
" Ash come with me Im going to find her", Heather stated winking at Ashley. She followed and they ended up in the bathroom. They heard someone vomiting in the last stall.
" Jina is that you?", Heather soflty asked knocking on the stall.
" Y...e..s", she tried to say.
" You alright you need me to go get someone, do you need to do call my mom?", Ashley asked concerned.
" No I'll be fine", Jina stood up and held onto the sides of the stall to keep her balance. She flushed the toilet and came out of the bathroom and looked at the two. She walked over to the sink and washed her face.
" You want to go home", Heather asked leaning over the sink. Jina nodded.
" Billy man Im not sensing the love between you and ash", Benji laughed.
" Benji don't f*cking start man", Billy stated looking up to the the girls walking with Jina back to the table. Joel saw Billy looking at something and he turned his head. Joel had a bolt of something race through his body because he ran towards them.
" Joel can you carry her home, she's not doing to well?", Ashley asked him politley.
" Yeah Im sure I can do that", Joel stated as he picked her up like a baby. She wrapped her arms around Joel and closed her eyes as she layed against his chest. Joel had a weird feeling in his stomach as Jina touched him.
Benji,Heather,Billy,and Ashley all sat downstairs in the girls livingroom as Joel brought Jina upstairs to her room. Joel layed her gentley down on her bed and took off her shoes and pulled the covers over her. He kissed her on the head and began to shut the lights off by the door.
"Joel?", Jina groggily asked.
" Yeah?", he asked turning the lights back on.
" Thank you hun", she stated as she went back to sleep. Joel stood there for a few minutes watching her. He slowly shut off the lights and shut the door.
" How's she doing?", Heather asked as Joel came and sat down next to Benji who had Heather on his lap.
"Good she's sleeping", Joel stated.
" Listen guys Im feeling a bit tired I'll see you guys in school on Monday?", Joel questioned.
" Yeah night Joel", Heather stated.
" Thanks for bringing my cousin home Joel", Ashley stated she was seated on the other side of the room away from Billy.
" Anytime, night", Joel stated as he walked out the door.
" He really loves her", Benji stated looking around at everyone.
" You think we haven't noticed this", Ashley stated.
" I tried to tell him to tell her how he feels but he f*cking wont, he called himself a f*cking pussy for worry about everything", Benji stated.
" Well did you tell him he's not, and I know that my Benj would be the same way if he knew that I was sick", Heather brought her face close to Benji's as their noses touched.
" Of course Heath, I heart you", he smirked. Heather tilted her head and gave Benji a kiss.
" GUYS PLEASE", Ashley stated.
" I'll see you guys in school", Billy stated getting up and walking towards the door. Heather and Benji waved.
" We'll leave too sorry Ash, tell Jina I'll stop by tommorow", Heather stated as her and Benji walked out together. Ashley walked upstairs and grabbed her pj's and put them on in the bathroom. She tiredly walked to her bedroom where Jina was sleeping. She got into bed and all she could think about was how unhappy Billy looked and the scratch marks on his face.
Monday morning came and everyone was hanging out in the hallway before homeroom.
" You guys have to talk to each other sometime", Heather stated looking at an unhappy Ashley and Billy. They both looked at each other and walked their seperate ways to homerooms. Heather sighed.
" I dont think their gonna ever forgive each other", Benji stated.
" Yeah", Heather smiled.
" You two speak say something", Benji stated looking at his brother and Jina. Jina had her head up against her locker and Joel was standing there looking at her.
" I think Im going home guys, I'll talk to you later", Jina stated running off.
" Joel man, now your definilty being a f*cking pussy! Stop being such an ass", Benji stated rolling his eyes at his brother as he brought Heather into homeroom with him. Joel looked down at his feet and slowly walked into homeroom and sat in front.
Jina woke up around 4:00 sweating so much she felt like she was swimming in it.
" Aunt Hellen", she cried looking at her stained sweated sheets.
" It's alright Jina", she stated embracing her in a hug.
" I'll clean it up why dont you go watch some tv with the gang they've been waiting for you to get up", she smiled as Jina witha comforting smile.
" I wanna take a shower first I feel so discusting", she stated she grabbed some clothes from her draw and walked to the bathroom. She opened the door to see Joel standing there.
" Omg Joel im soo f*cking sorry", she stated her cheeks flushed bright pink as she slammed the door shut.
" Shit", Joel stated as he zipped the zipper on his pants and washed his hands. Joel came out of the bathroom and Jina looked the oposite way.
"It's alright Jina you can go in now", he stated. Jina didn't want to look at Joel as she walked into the bathroom. Joel walked down stairs as he plopped himself next to Billy on the couch.
Jina made her way downstairs with everyone.
" You look refreshed", Ashley stated as Jina had her hair combed back and she was in black sweats and a white Beavis and Butthead t-shirt.
" Yeah, I took a nice shower", she stated looking at the music video they were watching. Jina sat down on the couch next to Joel. She looked at him and grabbed his hand. He looked at her. A tear fell briskfully from her eye as she layed her head on his shouldure.
