Brownies

Easy Fudge

Materials

1 Large package of chocolate chips

1 14 oz can condensed milk

1 Teaspoon vanilla

Directions



1. Over hot water(not boiling) mix chocolate chips and milk until smooth.

2. Add vanilla and mix well.

3. Spread in a foil lined 8 inch square pan.

4. Chill for 2 hours.

ENJOY!!!



Nutty Nut Brownies



Materials



½ cup unsalted butter

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup corn syrup

2 eggs

6 tablespoons cocoa

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup flour

¼ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ cup nuts (any or all kinds)

Directions



1.In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup and beat well.

2.Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.

3.Continue beating until batter becomes light and fluffy.

4.Stir in cocoa and vanilla extract and beat again.

5.In a medium bowl, sift dry ingredients together and blend into wet mix.

6.Add nuts to batter.

7.Pour into greased 8x12x2 inch baking dish.

8.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

9.Cut while warm, and then let cool.

Peanut Butter Chip Crunch Brownies



Materials



1/2 cup peanut butter

12 oz bag of chocolate chips (you can eat the leftovers)

3 tablespoons of butter

4 cups of mini marshmallows

6 cups of cocoa crispies

cooking spray

large saucepan

13x9x2 inch pan

Directions



1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a low flame. Once fully melted mix in marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

2. Mix in cocoa crispies and stir until they are completely melted.

3.spread mixture into pan wich is coated with cooking spray.

4. Let cool.
