Emotions-CHAPTER SEVENTEEN
"Oh my god! Oh my god!" Adrianne said loudly as she ran into the hotel lobby.
Kevin got worried, "What's wrong?"
"Nothings wrong." Adrianne said, "I just found out I've been nominated for a Grammy!"
"Wow! Congratulations!" AJ said as he hugged Adrianne.
The guys had to work that day, so they didn't get to celebrate with Adrianne.
"I think it's time for your nap sweetie." Adrianne said to Angel.
"No nap! No nap!" Angel said.
Adrianne laughed, "Yes nap. I'll make you a deal. If you take a nap now, I'll take you to see Daddy at work later."
"Yay!" Angel said.
"So Adrianne, " Kristin said, "Do you know what you're gonna wear yet?"
"No" Adrianne replied, "But I was thinking of making my own dress."
"I'm not going." Veronica blurtted out.
"Why?" Adrianne asked, "You should go."
"I'm starting to get fat." Veronica said, "None of my clothes fit me."
"Oh hun, don't worry about that." Adrianne replied, "The same thing happend to me when I was pregnant with Angel. I ended up wearing Alex's clothes or making my own. If ya want, I can make you a dress."
"Really?" Veronica asked.
"Sure" Adrianne replied, "You just gotta tell me your size and which colors and fabrics you want, and I'm sure I can come up with something."

It was a typical autograph signing.
"Hi AJ." a fan who was about sixteen said.
"Hi hun." AJ said, signing the girls' cd, "How are you?"
"I'm good." the fan replied, "How's your wife and daughter?"
"They're doing great." AJ said, "Thanks for asking."
The girl then handed AJ a small plush Tigger doll, "It's for Angel."
"Thank you." AJ said, "I'm sure she'll love it."

Adrianne, Elizabeth, Veronica, Kristin, and Kayluh sat around a hotel room and watching a movie.
At around 5:00pm, Angel woke up from her nap.
"Mommy we go see Daddy now?" Angel asked.
"Of course baby." Adrianne replied.
It took them ten minutes to get to the studio. Angel's face lit up when she saw AJ.
"DADDY DADDY!" Angel shouted. She ran up and gave AJ a big hug.
"Hi sweetie." AJ said, "Did you have fun with Mommy today?"
"Uh huh." Angel replied, "But Mommy made me take a nap. I no like naps."
AJ smiled, "You will when you get older. Trust me."
After taking Angel out to McDonald's, it was time for AJ to get back to work.
"It's time to go." Adrianne said to Angel.
"NO!!!" Angel cried, grabbing AJ's leg, "I stay here with Daddy."
AJ picked Angel up and sat her on his lap, "You can't. I'm sorry. I have to work. You go with Mommy and I promise I'll be back later." He handed Angel to Adrianne.
As they walked away, Angel looked over Adrianne's shoulder at AJ.
"I wuv you Daddy." Angel said softly, tears streaming down her little cheeks.
AJ sighed, "It breaks my heart when she does that."
*ONE WEEK LATER*
Everyone had arrived in L.A. for the Grammy's. They had also asked Adrianne to perform, so she was rehearsing about ten hours a day.
"You're doing great." AJ said to Adrianne as he watched one of the rehearsals.
"Yeah right." Adrianne replied, "I totally messed up the dance sequence."
"It's just a few little mistakes." AJ said, "No big deal."
"It is a big deal Alex." Adrianne said, "This is the Grammy's we're talking here. Everything has to be perfect."
After the rehearsal, AJ took Angel to the movies while Adrianne, Elizabeth, Veronica, Kristin, and Kayluh had some time to plan what they were gonna wear for the big night.
Adrianne gave Veronica the dress she had made her. It had a long skirt that went to the ankles. The dress itself was pink with silver sparkles all over it.
"It's so pretty." Veronica said, "Thank you Adrianne." She gave Adrianne a hug.
"Your welcome." Adrianne said.
Adrianne had finaly picked out what she was gonna wear- a blue skirt a white lacey tank top. For her performance- black pants with gold stars and a blue shirt.

It was the day of the Grammy's. Denise was babysitting Angel. The boys were nominated for an award as well.
After the walk down the red carpet, everone took their seats inside. About half an hour into the show, it was time to present the award for Best New Artist. Adrianne held onto AJ's hand.
After saying the names of the nominees, the guy who was presenting opened up the envelope-
"And the winner is...."
