Emotions- CHAPTER EIGHTEEN
"Adrianne McLean!"
Adrianne's jaw dropped and tears were forming in her eyes.
Everyone hugged Adrianne as she went up to accept her award.
"Wow," Adrianne said, "I know when people win an award, the always say they didn't expect it, but I really didn't expect this. There's so many people to thank. God of course. My beautiful daughter Angel- love ya sweetie. My husband Alex who is just amazing and so supportive. I love you. Mom, and my Dad, may he rest in peace. Kevin, Tim, and Jerald- thanks for being such great big brothers. My cousin Brian- I love you even though you stepped on my Barbie dream house when I was 6. But it's all good. Nick and Howie- I love you guys like brothers. My friends Liz, Elizabeth, Veronica, Kristin, and Kayluh. The fans, my record company, everyone- thank you."
Adrianne went backstage to get ready for her performance.
"Take deep breaths and try to relax." AJ said to Adrianne, "And if you get nervous, just look at me."
"Then I'll end up laughing." Adrianne replied.
AJ pouted.
Adrianne smiled, "I'm just kidding."
Marlon Waynes was the one who introduced Adrianne.
"Alright." Marlon said, "Our next performer just won the Grammy for Best New Artist. Her album has sold over a million copies. She's an incredible singer and dancer. She's also really hott..... ok AJ, I'll shut up now 'cause I know she's your wife. Anyway, please welcome Adrianne McLean!"
Adrianne sang "Rock Baby". She did all the dance moves perfectly. At one point, AJ came up on stage and did all little rap part. At the end, everyone gave Adrianne a standing ovation.
"Congratulations sweetie." Kevin said, hugging his sister.
"Thanks Kev." Adrianne replied.
The boys had their own after party.
While Adrianne and AJ were on the dance floor, Nick and Veronica sat down at one of the tables. Veronica was eating pasta topped with chocolate sauce.
"Ewww" Nick said, "How can you eat that?"
"It's really good." Veronica replied, "Want some?"
Suddenly, Veronica gasped and put her hand on her stomach.
"OMG, are you alright?" Nick asked, "Is there something wrong with the baby?"
Veronica smiled, "The baby just kicked. Here-" She placed Nick's hand on her stomach.
"Wow" Nick said, "I bet it's a boy."
"Really?" Veronica asked, "Do you have a name picked out?"
"Yeah," Nick said, "Kiernan."
"Kiernan?" Veronica replied, "You would name our baby Kiernan?"
"Hey" Nick said, "You said if it's a boy, I get to name it."

Adrianne and AJ got to Denise's house at 6:00am.
"Congratulations honey." Denise said to Adrianne, "I knew you were gonna win."
"Thanks Denise." Adrianne replied.
Adrianne and AJ walked over to the couch where Angel was sleeping. AJ picked up Angel. Angel yawned and woke up."
"Hi Daddy, hi Mommy." Angel said softly.
"Hi Angel." Adrianne said, "We gotta go now. Say goodbye to Grandma."
"Bye Grandma." Angel said, "I wuv you."
"Awww, I love you too baby." Denise replied, "Goodbye."
*THREE MONTHS LATER*
Since everyone had a week off, Adrianne and AJ decided to go to Kentucy to vist Adrianne's Mom.
"Mom!" Adrianne said as she hugged her mother.
"Hi sweetie." Anne said, "Hi Alex, how are you?"
"I'm good." AJ said.
"Where's my granddaughter?" Anne asked.
Angel ran up and hugged Anne.
"I love you baby. Listen, Madison and Will are watching cartoons in the living room, why don't you join them?"
"Otay" Angel said.
"Is that my baby sister I see?" Tim asked.
"Hi Tim" Adrianne said, hugging him.
Liz was out of town that week, but she made sure t call Adrianne a couple times.
Adrianne and AJ enjoyed spending time with everyone that week.
The day before they left, AJ, Tim, and Jerald were playing basketball outside, Anne was making a blanket for Angel, and Adrianne took Angel upstairs.
"This was my room when I was a little girl." Adrianne explained, "Come here Angel."
Angel sat down next to Adrianne on Adrianne's old bed.
Adrianne took out a old photo album, "This is me when I was a baby. And that's Kevin and I playing football."
Angel pointed at a picture, "Who this man Mommy?"
Adrianne nearly filled up as she spoke, "That's your Grandpa."
"Oh... where is he?" Angel asked.
"He's in heaven." Adrianne said.
Angel spoke again, "Is Grandpa an angel?"
Adrianne smiled, "He sure is baby. He sure is."
"I wish you didn't have to go." Anne said.
"I know Mom." Adrianne said, "But Alex ad I have to work. We'll visit again soon. Promise."
Anne hugged Adrianne, "I don't care if you're gonna be 24 soon, you'll always be my baby girl. Take care of yourself."
Angel tugged on Anne's shirt, "Grandma you come too?"
Anne bent down to Angel's level, "Sorry Angel I can't. You be a good girl for your Mommy and Daddy. I love you so much. I made you something."
Anne gave Angel a soft pink blanket with yellow flowers.
"What do you say Angel?" AJ said.
"Tank you Grandma." Angel said. She hugged the blanket close to her.
Jerald shook AJ's hand, "You take care of my sister and neice."
"You know I will." AJ replied.

Adrianne, AJ, and Angel arrived in Florida late that night.
After putting Angel in her bed, Adrianne and AJ cuddled together in their room. They fell asleep soon after.
A few days later, the girls gave Veronica a baby shower. It was only the girls since the guys weren't really into that kind of stuff.
Veronica got so many gifts including: baby clothes, toys, and some clothes for herself that the girls had made her.
"Thank you so much." Veronica said.
"Your welcome." Kayluh said.
AJ walked into the room.
"Hi baby." Adrianne said, "Did you decide to join us?"
"No" AJ replied, "But I just talked to Kevin. He got a call from MTV. They want you to go on TRL."
