very morning I'd be one of the first people sitting in the hall.
or some reason I really didn't mind.
reeting people was much easier, for one thing.
onestly, my "friends" would come through at regular intervals and I would be able to say hi to all of them.
ncidentally, I was actually kind of amazing if any of them said hello back.
ust for the record, I want to say that being a living background kinda sucked.
Kinder days did come by now and then, though.
Likewise, I did realise that some people did enjoy my being around.
More so, however, I couldn't help but feel I was around for colour.
Not often would I hear "how was your day?" or "what's up?"
Often, I would instead get "you're in the way of my locker, could you please move?"
People: yeah, gotta hate 'em.
Quite the sucky memory, huh?
Regardless, I still look back on those days overall with a happy note.
Special people to me became specil, and not-so-special people were no longer bothering me.
Tumultuous times were balanced with wonderful ones.
Under the colours of the tapestry, a few people were able to see the quality of the canvas underneath.
Very special people were able to feel that, even.
Well, all in all I feel good that some of the stupid things in high school are over and the cool things still stay with me.
X-Men may have had super powers - and yes, this was my excuse for something starting with "X" - but honestly, that's cheating.
Your so-called superheroes will forever be flying around in their form-fitting constumes away from your reality. "
Zeroes", however, will always be there to see you through and hear you out . . . they'll be hanging around, leaning against the wall.
