Hey, welcome so Some Guy's site! Who is this "guy", you ask?

I am the one you ALWAYS see in the hallway, but never knew who it was.
I am the one that you always knew was there, knew my quirks, but never got to really know me.
I am the living background.

Okay, so that sucked. What can I say? I can only write good now and then (actually, I just caught this - it should say "can only write WELL now and then" - oh well).

So speaking of writing, basically what you've got on this site are my own stories I have written, the odd thoughts one thinks about now and then, some cool quotes I've heard, a special excerpt from my vocabulary, a handful of neat little internet things, and my overall take on life. It's interesting if you're bored, okay?

Well, you tell me. Read the stuff, and YOU tell me if I suck or not, okay?

OH, and in case you've been wondering forever about what that thing in the background is, I'll explain: That's Mr. Happyface. You see, in grade seven, I needed something to symbolize "no homework". I then drew him in my planner whenever that was the case (he's happy 'cause there's no homework). So yeah, his name is Mr. Happyface.
And no, I haven't decided if he has a fin, or if it's just hair on the top of his head.

• (Dec. 10/03) It has almost been a full year since I last worked on this site. And what can I say, it ain't gonna be updated today! Well . . . okay, I changed the music on the front page after SUCH a long time, but that's it! In any case, if you people are reading this, then hello, myOtaku peoples! Now, do be sure to check this place out - it used to be my livelihood back in the day when I was still a youngin' finding his place on the web. Now, it sits as a dead archive of times long past . . . . . oh yeah, and Beautiful Mind ended up stealing best picture that year after all. Bastards . . . erm . . . enjoy!
• (Mar. 25/02) People, I'm disappointed . . . only one vote in the poll last week? Come on now . . . I know you can do better than that . . . . . oh, and by the way, I'm very happy for Lord of the Rings, and Beautiful Mind better not steal "best picture" . . .
• (Mar. 17/02) How long has it been since I last wrote something? Well, in any case, I won't be doing that any time soon . . . meanwhiles I still have post-modern stuff to look at. Ta ta . . . oh, and yes, super-remix Chrono Trigger month continues . . .
• (Mar. 09/02) FINALLY! After essays and essays I finally had time to update for "the week." Again, I apologize, and you can all guestbook-flame me now. Meantimes, February's over (thank God), and now it's March, which I have officially declared "Chrono Trigger Month"! Until the month is over, I'll be playing nothing but Chrono Trigger music - if you have a particular theme from it you'd like to hear, message me. Meantimes, I'm gonna go play Monopoly now . . . later!
