Chaos Dragon Gaav (Maryu-ou: Demon-Dragon King)
The incredibly tall, violent, and powerful Demon-Dragon King Gaav is the only subordinate who rebels aganst the mazoku and Shabranigdo. This is rightfully so. During the war with the Water Dragon King, Gaav was killed and ressurected into a human body. As he was continually reborn he gained more and more of his mazoku powers back, but he also began to think more and more like a human and turned against the mazoku.
In Next, Fibrizzo is his main enemy and does everything he can to get Lina out of the way and ruin whatever the Hellmaster was planning. As seen in Next, Gaav controls a large amount of lower-level mazoku like Seigram, Mazenda, and Kanziel.
Gaav is excellet with his over-sized sword and his physical strength is also quite powerful. Aside from the tall, long haired, trenchcoated, human form, Gaav's true form is that of a multi-headed crimson dragon, which is shown in the desert with the Clair Bible tablets.
Despite his temperment, Gaav is able to sympathize with Lina's group, and gives them a chane to fight him, instead of just obiterating them like Hellmaster did to him.
Gaav's priest Rashaat and general Raltark are both dead. Lina killed off Rashaat in the novels and Raltark was killed by Xellos. Gaav's only remaining servant was Valgaav, whom Gaav took pity on and saved by turning him into a mazoku.
