The 2021-2022 school year marks the 26th year of D.A.R.E. in Mt. Pleasant Schools. To date, over 8000 students have graduated from the program.

Pocantico Hills School (grades 5-8)
Safety programs are presented in the schools by the DARE Officers from Pre-k through 12th grade. These programs include school bus safety, stranger safety, Halloween safety, internet safety, visits to 7th and 10th grade health classes, visits to 11th and 12th grade global classes, and a 2-lesson 8th grade "DARE Refresher" program.
