Rey makes great plays almost every game. He is becoming a better hitter. He plays shortstop. He rarely makes an error. He is probably the best defensive shortstop. He finished the 1999 season breaking Cal Ripken's record with 100 straight errorless games at shortstop. He ended the 1999 season with 4 errors.
