 A package containing a mysterious brown granular material

The authorities are called.
 It would take hours or even days to send the specimen to federal
labs in the DOD or CDC to obtain an identification.
Instead, local public health labs, working in cooperation with emergency
response personnel, will be able to deploy Cepheid’s transportable rapid
bioanalysis systems, and quickly determine that the package is a hoax.
