This month's Random Act of Kindness award goes to Shanna Huang of class 3-204. When we needed a science experiment, Shanna went out of her way to bring in books. We finally chose a project to do from one of her books. Thank you Shanna for caring and helping us out!

Our RAOK honoree for this month is a new student, named CJ. CJ has been in four schools this year and has come into our classroom with the greatest attitude and desire to learn that I have seen in a long time. We are all happy that you've joined us, CJ!

Teacher - Music

Since March is "Music In Our Schools Month," I'd like to recognize Marco, an outstanding music student in kindergarten who is ready for Broadway! He is a terrific singer and dancer. Marco serves as a musical leader for his fellow kindergarten musicians. Since he knows all the words and handmotions for our spring concert songs, Marco helps teach the other students. He models for the class and proves that complex handmotions are both easy to do and fun! So whenever you need assistance with your chorus or choreography, just call on Marco! (Polo!)

I would like to honor two girls this month for the Random Act of Kindness of the Month award. When their class was leaving, Pricilla and Zmani stayed behind and began to straighten up the room. They took the initiative without my prompting, realizing the room was not ready for my next group. They were kind and considerate to the next class and me. Thank you girls for being so thoughtful!
