Astral Projection, (AKA and out of body experience) happens when
a person leaves their body and travels to the Asrtal Plane. The Astral
Plane is where spirits mainly reside. When Projected you can travel
around, go places only that you're familiar with. So if you don't know
your way around someone's house, you can't go in there. The links below
