Astral Projection


To do an easier way of astral projection...

First you must set your alarm clock to about 2 in the morning. Then you go to bed and make sure you'll be asleep for a couple hours so you reach REM. Then when your alarm clock wakes you up, make yourself stay awake for an hour, don't hit the snooze button, get up and do something. Then go back to sleep and you'll have a dream, but it isn't a dream.

What happens is as follows...

You'll be looking at your ceiling like you were lying on your back in your bed looking at the ceiling. You won't be able to move, you'll feel totaly paralized. DO NOT freak out, just relax, lie there and don't try to move or you'll wake up. After lying there for about 3 minutes, you'll see the ceiling start to move closer to you. The ceiling isn't moving, you have risen up out of your body and can move around.
