Our sheep are of superior meat quality than other domestic breeds because the fat-tail eliminates any other fat deposits on the body, resulting in lean and less "mutton" tasting meat. We slaughter our animals with the Halal method required by many cultures like Muslims and Jews (kosher). All of our sheep are fed on the pasture. Meat lamb sales are from six months or older. We can sell our standing rams or already slaughtered meat.
