Hey sweetheart -- sorry I didn't get to talk to you last night :-( Mama said you called while they were gone to get dinner, I must have been sleeping ... she said she tried to wake me up ... there was a guy and a girl and a monster and the guy and the girl met and feel in love and eventually found themselves engaged to be married and they were truly happy and then the monster kidnapped the guy and took him far far far away but he was determined to get back to his true love so he crossed a wide dessert dying from thirst picturing only is true love and then he came to the tallest mountains in all the world and despite being in poor shape he climbed one mountain after enough with his knuckles bleeding and his back aching but he was determined to get back to his true love and after he passed the mountains he came to a huge swamp filled with gators and mosquitoes and leeches and he waded through and avoided the gators and shook off the bites from the mosquitoes and pulled off the leeches and all the time he was determined to get back to his true love and he came to a long plain covered in crops of wheat and corn and he walked through when a storm hit and he hid in a ditch as a tornado passed overhead but he was determined to get back to his true love and then he finally found her and once again all was right in the world …

I just read my last post and I sounded like a royal b!+(# so I am going to say now that I love Chris with all of my heart and apologize for always being a sarcastic meanie and picking on him for everything. I joke around and sometimes forget that if I don't say I'm joking he or someone observing might not know ... so Chris, I know I kid a lot but I love you more than you could imagine. I love everything about you, all that makes you you. I feel safe with you, I know I can trust you with anything, and you are insanely attractive (had to throw that in). You are silly and fun but you can be serious too. You are sweet and loving, you are very good to me. I appreciate all you do and all that you are. I love you so much.

Well, I slept VERY late. Obviously! I'm gonna pick up some and then watch last night's Buffy on the TiVo. I know you're excited! Grandma had her birthday yesterday and she had a good one. She got a hearing aid and I think she likes it. I talked to her on the phone briefly at Mom's and she was the chattiest (is that a word?) that I've ever heard her. I actually had to conjole her to shut up where Mom and I could head out to Country's BBQ!

Well, Jeff took his computer completely apart and put it back together and nothing is working. Melissa is pretty pissed, but we think it can be fixed with a new motherbaord. I know, computer repair: EXCITING but ... okay ... it is boring boring boring. Jeff loves to tinker and I do to a point. The difference is, when things don't work, he loves the challenge of getting it to work. I just want it to work damnit!

Hi to mom and grandma - glad you got to eat Country's this time!! THE KIDS ARE BACK!! I need at least 2 weeks of teacher workdays after 2 weeks of break before the kids come back, 2 days wasn't nearly enough time ... The best things about my class is that they are so "routine"-oriented that they walk through the door and all of a sudden they're back at school ... they fell right back into the routine ... I can hear all the classes around me going nuts and I'm so glad I have my kids! And we have speech and music today, and all the kids have PE on Wednesday ... so it's a relatively easy day for me because other teachers are doing the work lol. Talk to you later!

Thank you for writing :-) Thankfully I didn't end up having to stay at that meeting, they said it would be a waste of my time so I got to come here and do some work. I suppose that I am ready for the kids to come back tomorrow, I'm trying to convince myself ... I went to lunch with Mrs Dee and Mrs Bare and after lunch we drove out to look at the house :-) Hope you and Jeff are having fun playing geek-boys. I love you!

Hello my love.

Well, I've done some, but very little :) cleaning today. Why? So you can bring your stuff and mingle with my stuff and we can start calling it our stuff. :) That seems cool doesn't it? It'll make for a cozier home for me. I've had a hard time feeling at home in this place since I moved here. I mean, I do like my unit, but I"m not so sure about the community as a whole. The only thing for certain is the more Nicole I have here, the better.

There isn't much else going on today. I've done another chapter in my Perl book and I'm reading yet another Java certification book, and once again I'm taking big notes and I'm making flash cards that I can use to help study. (Perhaps you can help me?)

I know this is just a short note but I want to get used to writing here, even for just short notes. I love you and I miss you and I love you.
