Agents West and Gordon investigate a boll weevil-filled mannequin and discover an insidious plot by an Egyptian madman. The Egyptian and his partner plan to use hybrid boll weevils to destroy the world's crop supply and force the globe to become dependent on them for food. However, they've got Jim West and Arty Gordon to contend with.
