Idea for Science lesson plans extension:
Students can plant their own seeds and watch them grow. Students then draw or paint a picture of their own plant. Using the vocabulary learned to describe
paintings, students can write a description of their own paintings. Other
students can write opinions about each other's paintings. These
student-created paintings, descriptions, and opinions can be
presented to the class in the target language.
