Directions to Mario’s Restaurant from Garden State Parkway

Garden State Parkway northbound Exit 153, Clifton (first left exit after Bloomfield Toll) onto Route 3 westbound

Take first exit off Route 3 onto Grove Street northbound (right turn off ramp)

At first traffic signal turn right onto Van Houten Ave eastbound

After 3 traffic signals look for Mario’s Restaurant on left.

Garden State Parkway southbound, Exit 154, Clifton, stay right for Grove St past toll and left onto Grove Street southbound

At first traffic signal turn left onto Van Houten Ave eastbound

After 3 traffic signals look for Mario’s Restaurant on left.

 Directions to Mario's Restaurant from Route 80

bulletFrom 80 westbound take exit 57A and B (just past Main St exit) and split left onto Route 19.
bulletFrom 80 eastbound take exit 57 (next after Squirrelwood Rd) onto Route 19
bulletFollow Route 19 into Clifton (stay right and avoid parkway) and this becomes Broad Street.
bulletAt the second traffic signal turn left onto Van Houten Ave.
bulletProceed through 2 lights and look for Mario’s Restaurant on the left with a parking lot.

Required items for boat dives:

1.       Standard NAUI Waiver and Release signed before boarding.

2.       Logbook indicating northeast boat diving experience or arrangements to do guided dive with a Dive Master.

3.       Pony bottle and regulator with pressure gauge or other suitable redundant gear.

4.       Compass, wreck reel, surface audible signaling device and cutting device as well as other mandatory scuba gear.

5.       DAN or equivalent insurance.

Boat Policy:

1.     Boat Captain has final say on all matters relating to overall boat safety.

2.   Dive site locations to be determined by person running charter.

3.   Cost per boat outing for 2 dives is approx. $90 (depending on fuel cost plus tip with max of 8 divers.

            Once you sign-up for boat dive, you own spot unless an acceptable replacement can to found.

Instructions for joining Divers Anonymous

1.    Email Tom Gormley at gormleydmd@aol.com about attending the next meeting or event.

2.    Print and fill out the following forms and bring them to the meeting/event along with your Certification Card and DAN Insurance Card.
