At 6:30 AM the sky was announcing the coming sunrise.

The El Colorado village was still quite.

Clouds were beginning to cover the city of Santiago in the distance.

Can you see the rainbow in the clouds prior to sunrise?

The first sign of sunrise came on the mountains to the west.

...and to the north.

It was snowing to the east of El Colorado.

The lights have gone out in the city of Santiago.

The Sunday sunrise begins...

...with a rainbow around the sun.

Can you see the face of the man in the clouds watching the the sunrise?

The lodge at El Colorado begins to come alive.  That is my shadow.

With the sunrise comes the warmth for the day...

...and reveals the corduroy we all are looking forward to skiing on.
