ANGEL CHARACTERS

Angel is a vampire with a conscience who lives in LA and fights vampires and other demons for clients of Angel Investigations. He came to LA after a bad breakup with Buffy. He rids the city of the bad guys. He worked with Cordy, Wesley, and Gunn, but with the whole Darla thing, he fired them. After sleeping with Darla, he had an epiphany and went crawling back to his old friends and now works for Wesley instead of vice versa. Angel is played by David Boreanaz. |
Cordelia Chase came to LA, after graduating Sunnydale High School, to become an actress, even though she isn't very good. So in between auditions she works with Wesley and Gunn fighting demons and having visions. She is the link to the powers that be through extremely painful headaches with visions of people to help attached. This was Doyle's job until he died and passed it on to her through a kiss. Cordelia is played by Charisma Carpenter. |

Wesley Wyndham-Price is the British ex-watcher turned rogue demon hunter, who came to LA hunting a demon and found Angel. He said that he quit the counsel when he actually was fired because of his bad slayer losage. After being fired from working for Angel, he still works with Gunn and Cordy fighting demons. He was shot by bad zombie cops but bounced back. Wesley is played by Alexis Denisof. |
Charles Gunn is a demon hunter who used to work with Angel. He enjoys killing vampires and demons especially since he had to kill his own sister because she became a vampire. It was really hard for him and he wants to get back at all the vampires for it. Gunn is played by J. August Richards. |

The Host owns Caritas, a karaoke bar, where he reads people from them singing badly because you bare your soul when you sing. He is from Pylea where him, Angel, Gunn, and Wesley go when Cordy is sucked into a portal and becomes a slave and then princess. He loses is head, literally, but it is restored later. The Host is played by Andy Hallett. |
Kate Lockley is the policewoman that Angel used to like. She helped him get information (police reports, etc.) on all the bad guys, until she found out that Angel was a vampire. She hated him and wanted to kill him. Then her dad was killed by vampires and Angel was unable to help him. She was fired from being a police officer when it was clear that she was too stressed from her dad's death. After attempting suicide and Angel saving her, she learned to trust him again. Kate is played by Elisabeth Rohm. |

Darla was Angel's sire and love interest for about a hundred years. Back on Buffy, Angel had to kill Darla when she tried to hurt Buffy. Wolfram and Hart brang Darla back as a human who is dying in hopes of Angel making her a vampire again. Angel wouldn't do it, so the lawyers call in Drusilla to do the job. As a vampire, one of the first things Darla does is invade a party with all the lawyers and kill most of them. She tries to get Angel to become evil with her and eventually he gives in and sleeps with her. However, it has the opposite effect and makes Angel realize that he is better without her. She hasn't been seen since. Darla is played by Julie Benz. |
Lindsey McDonald was a lawyer at Wolfram and Hart was in love with Darla and hates Angel. He tried to leave Wolfram and Hart and help out Angel, but later he just went right back to being an evil lawyer. In a fight, he lost his arm when Angel chopped it off with an axe. When Darla and Dru had their big lawyer massacre, he and Lilah were the only surviors, so they became the co-head of special projects. After ducking Angel several times, he finally realizes that he would be better if he took a road trip and never come back. Lindsey is played by Christian Kane. |

Lilah Morgan is also a lawyer at Wolfram and Hart. She was always with the head lawyers and never objected to anything they said. She was willing to do anything to stay on top and with the recent massacre, she is on top. She was co-head of special projects with Lindsey until he decided that he was going to leave. Lilah is played by Stephanie Romanov. |
Drusilla is the vampire who after leaving with Spike years ago, finally comes back to California to help out Wolfram and Hart. She made Darla back into a vampire and together they had a nice little massacre of all the lawyers in Los Angeles. After being set on fire by Angel, she leaves LA and goes back to Sunnydale in search for Spike. Drusilla is played by Juliet Landau. |

Doyle was the third part of the trio before he died heroically to save about thirty people. He was the Irish half-demon who used his visions to help Angel find "clients" but now Cordy has that job. A group of pure bred demons was out to get rid of all half-breeds with a huge machine that destroyed anything with a trace of humanity in them. When a group of half-breeds was stuck in a ship with the machine Doyle disarmed it while it was letting out it's killing rays and he died. Doyle was played by Glenn Quinn. |
