In my opinion, 
no web page about horror and/or Halloween is complete without a small tribute to The Misfits. Why, you might ask? Well, the Misfits are a "legendary" horror punk band that started back in the 1970s. They have stayed true to their horror roots up until now, and I am sure they will do so in the future. They have spent their time writing songs on horror/horror movies, and have built up a somewhat cult following because of such. These guys are truly talented and truly orignal. And it must be saying something if I like the Misfits, since I'm not really into that much punk to start with.
Anyway, like I said, this is a small tribute I wanted to put together. I'll be totally honest with you...I've only been into the Misfits for maybe two or three years now, so I'm not all that learned a fiend.
Unfortunetly, on October 25th, 2000, Michale Graves [vocals] and Dr. CHUD [drums] left the the Misfits. Replacing them, as so far announced, is Zoli on vocals and Renfield on drums. Check The Official Misfits Site for more details. All the best to Michale and CHUD in whatever they do next.
