3 clubs relegated from Süper Lig in 2005-06
15 clubs which didn't get a promotion at Lig A in 2005-06.
10 clubs of the Promotion Group of Lig B in 2005-06.
8 clubs of 3i Lig which finished in top two in their groups in 2005-06.

Round 2 - 32 clubs:
18 clubs progressed from Round 1.
11 clubs ranked 5th through 15th at Süper Lig in 2005-06. (seeded)
3 clubs which got promotion at Lig A in 2005-06. (seeded)

Group Stage - 20 clubs:
16 clubs progressed from Round 2.
4 clubs of 2004-05 Turkish Professional 1st Super League. Clubs ranked 1st through 4th. (They will be seeded)
The round will be played in 4 groups with 5 clubs each.
The clubs will play each other once.

Quarter Finals:
