DragonLance Fire Signs
Fire signs are known for their energetic natures.  They are passionate and able to brave all obstacles.  However, their impulsive sides often get the better of them.
Aries
Aries are known for their love of action, adventure, and excitement.  Born leaders, they are eager enough to do things on their own and tend to expect others to follow.  They are always modern and the first to start at any enterprise.  They are quick to change course in order to find a new outlet for their formidable energies.  They are ambitious, but tend to scatter their efforts in a given task, often making themselves ineffective. They are known for their anger and long for independence, hating harnesses.

Our model Aries is Kitiara.  Quick to change sides as the whim fits her (particularly if it will help her, ambition being another characteristic of Aries), Kitiara is known for her energy, enthusiasm, determination, and quick temper, particularly towards anyone she feels might have betrayed her.  (I.e., Tanis, Dalamar, Raistlin)  Her efforts to take over the world are helped by her leadership abilities but are thwarted by her difficulties in taking help from others and her bad temper and often rash decisions.  Her refusal to be chained to others helps to end her relationship with perhaps the great love of her life, Tanis Half-Elven.

Leo
Leo's are known for their impulsive, exuberant natures filled with courage, spirit, and determination.  They are a proud, ambitious sign filled with natural leaders.  And with these wonderful traits, Leos are also warm hearted, generous people who naturally attract followers.  However, Leos are proud and tend to not be fully content unless they are in charge.

Our model Leos are Tanis and Alhana.  Tanis is the leader of the party in DragonLance and obviously a born leader as demonstrated by his ability to make such a disjointed group go on to achieve such successes as the reintroduction of the gods to the people on Ansalon.  Tanis is known for his good hearted nature, but his independence leads to problems with his elven family.

Alhana, the beautiful elven princess, is known for her nobility of bearing and strength of character.  As a leader, she risks her life for her people and is continually crusading for a united elven kingdom.  Although she normally conforms to customs, she breaks taboo by falling in love with the human knight, Sturm.

Sagittarius
Sagittariuses are direct, purposeful and filled with vision.  They are happy natured because they are independent and disinclined to worry.  They are honest, carefree, and have a touch of wanderlust.   Their character is often unpredictable and they often love things that are not valued by society.  They are very simple people and know how to make money.

DragonLance Sagittariuses are Tasslehoff and Tika.  Tasslehoff is possessed with wanderlust and does not seem to be able to stay still for any length of time.   Being a kender and immune to fear, he does not tend to worry.  Also, being a kender and prone to doing just about anything, he is unpredictable.  He firmly believes that he is honest (always helping to "return" lost possessions) and tends to love bizarre things not valued by most of the people who surround him.

Tika wandered about by herself as a child, after having been left by her father.  She stole to stay alive but, once adopted by Otik, remained honest.  She is direct, purposeful, and tends to cheer everyone up who is around her. She also runs a successful business, which she bought from her own wages while working there.  She also enjoys a good adventure, being one of the Heroes of the Lance.
