As with skills, the paths and the powers in each path are only intended to be representational. You should feel free to develop new powers as you see fit, using existing powers as a guideline for what is possible at any given level. Keeping that in mind, I have gone and collected all the paths and powers listed in all the books. This will give you an even greater reference for creating your own psychic skills :-)
Note also that I include in the list those traits and skills required for each skill. It is useful when creating your psychic to know in advance what traits and skills will be most useful to your character!
After some discussion with some players about the psychic paths, the general opinion was that it seemed, except for a few paths, most powers were not worth the cost. One optional rule we devised (but have NOT play tested!) is that when you buy a rank of psi, you get a free power of that level in your primary path. Any secondary powers or powers in secondary paths must be purchased at the listed experience point cost (2x level of power). So, if your primary path was psychic and you raised your psi rating from 3 to 4, you would get Mind Speech (the level 4 psyche power) for free. If you decide to use this rule, let me know if it works or not... ;-)
