Chapter 18

A Day Later at Brian and Tiffany's House

Brian's View

Tiffany was finally released from the hospital. Can you believe it? We are really happy about that. We got home a few hours ago and right now Tiffany is pigging out in our room watching movies and TV. She sure has missed home. It still isn't the same though...if you know what I mean.

"Brian! Look look look, honey you're on TV!" Tiffany smiled pointing at the TV. I walked over to the bed and kissed her on the cheek.

"What else is new?" I laughed. She giggled and looked at me and then back at the TV. I looked at her beautiful face and pushed her hair behind her ear. Her smiling face then turned into a frown.

"What's wrong baby?" I asked stroking her cheek. She didn't say anything, she just pointed at the TV. I turned my head and found the news on.

"I'm Tracy Johnson with Channel 9 News. I'm sure all of you have heard the tragic news of Brian Littrell and his family. If not, tonight we have the whole story. Please stay tuned..." the camera then went to a commercial.

"You aren't watching this," I shook my head getting up from the bed but Tiffany grabbed my arm and pulled me back.

"I'm going to watch it Brian," she said looking at me sternly.

"You don't need to watch this," I said.

"But I am and you can't stop me OK?" she said. I hesitated but nodded my head, "All right baby."

"Welcome back, now to begin our story we'll go back to the night all this started. Tiffany and Brian Littrell were in their home located in Tampa Bay, Florida one night. They were in bed and Tiffany started to have an attack dealing with her heart. We do not know the whole story on her heart problems but all we know is that it can be fatal.

"Brian then called 911 and Tiffany was rushed to the hospital. For weeks Tiffany was in a coma and doctors we have interviewed said that she had a slim change of waking up or even surviving. During these weeks another tragic incident happened to their children.

"Brian was at the hospital with Tiffany as their children were home. AJ McLean, another Backstreet Boy, reported he just left before the incident happened. Michelle and Christian were badly injured when 3 women broke into the house and kidnapped the three youngest of the 6 children, Brianna, Brian, Jr., and Courtney Littrell. Michelle was thrown down the stairs causing serious injuries, one of which might make her paralyzed. Christian was thrown through a pair of double glass doors causing severe cuts. Due to this he has lost a lot of blood but doctors say he will be just fine, as for Michelle, that still remains a mystery.

"Nick Carter, Brian Littrell's best friend was the one who arrived first at the scene. He made Jason, one of Brian and Tiffany's youngest sons, call 911. Soon after Michelle and Christian were rushed to the hospital.

"No report of any leads for the 3 youngest children have been stated yet. The suspected kidnappers are Sara Livingston, Leighanne Wallace, and Mandy Willa Ford. All three of these are Ex's of at least one of the boys. These three and a man named Josh Downs years ago kidnapped Tiffany and her friend Darlene and nearly killed them. Now they are back for revenge and they are doing a good job at it. Police report that they have no idea where they might be. If you have seen any of these women please call the police right away," the reporter said as Sara, Leighanne, and Mandy's faces popped up on the screen.

"Several weeks ago Tiffany woke up from her coma, Brian was present at the time. She is completely fine and doing well. Tiffany is now out of the hospital and back at home. She is completely fine along with Brian and their son Jason Littrell. Only time will tell for the rest of the Littrell family members. This is Tracy Johnson reporting from St. Mary's Hospital in Florida," the reporter said ending her report. I then clicked off the TV. I looked up at Tiffany and found her crying.

"I knew I shouldn't have let you watch that," I said wrapping her in my arms.

"No, I wanted to see it, I needed to know for sure at what happened," she said.

"They weren't totally right on everything honey," I said running my hands through her hair and wiping away her tears.

"So they do know where the babies are?" she asked hopefully. I looked down and then back up at her.

"No, they were right about that," I said quietly.

"Aren't they doing anything!?" she wailed.

"They are trying their best sweetie," I said trying to calm her down.

"Obviously they aren't Brian! They have no leads? That's not what I call doing the best they can! Brian I want my children back! Don't they know that? I have been through so much! They need to do something to get my babies back!" she cried.

"We're going to get them back honey, you just gotta have faith," I said rubbing her back. She was turning hysterical. It's finally hitting her that her children are actually gone and not with her.

"Have faith? Have faith!? What do you think I've been doing!? Brian nothing is happening! The police have no idea where our children are! Don't you care!?" she exclaimed.

"Of course I care!"

"Then why aren't you showing it?" she asked looking at me.

"I did show it, you just didn't see me. I have been a wreck," I said.

"Then how can you be so strong through all this?" she asked.

"I have faith," I said. "That's what is getting me through this. I know that we'll get our children back. All we gotta do is pray."

"I have been praying," she said quietly.

"We shouldn't stop now," I said hugging her.

"OK princess? don't stop," I pulled away looking into her eyes. She nodded her head and said, "I won't stop. I'm not going to stop until I have my babies back."

"We'll get them back," I said.

"I really hope so," she said softly. I kissed her lightly on the lips and hugged her close to me. For the rest of the night we prayed and hoped that our children will come back into our arms and stay there forever.
