"I am so relieved. I was afraid that......that someth....." Cheryl said
as tears started to escape her eyes.
"Shhhh. I know. I was, too. But she is all right now. Everyone is safe
and sound. Brandy is even going to be released tomorrow." Chris said as he
held her close. Cheryl turned to face him as he dried her eyes for her.
"Will you do something for me?" Cheryl asked.
"Anything sweetheart." Chris answered.
"Let's not talk about this right now."
"All right. But what do you wanna talk about?"
"Nothing." Cheryl said as she placed Gidget down on the floor and looked
back up at Chris. She ran her fingers through his hair and along the side of
his face. Cheryl leaned up and gently went to kiss him, but instead she
slipped her tongue along his lips. He took a small gasp and laid Cheryl down
on the bed, placing himself lightly on top of her...........
Lynn was sitting with Kim and saw JC jogging down the hallway. "Kim, I
think you have a visitor." She smiled as JC walked into the room. A huge
smile warmed Kim's face.
"Thank God you are all right." JC said as he went straight to her
bedside, taking hold of her hand. Lynn quietly slipped out leaving the two
alone.
"JC." Kim whispered as she let the tears freely flow that she had been
unable to let go of since her whole ordeal had begun. "JC, I..There's..I
didn't thi.." Kim sobbed.
"shhh,Don't try to talk." JC soothed as she leaned over and gave her a
kiss on her forehead, tears sliding down his own cheeks.
, I love you." He blurted out. "All the fighting, and time apart we
had for those weeks, I was stupid. I took for granted that you would always
be there. I never told you how I felt. I love you and I never want us to be
apart again." He kissed Kim's hand and wiped her tears off her bruised cheeks.

barely eeked out through her sobs. JC kissed her hand again, then each cheek,
her forehead, and finally her lips.

"Hey, why are you up and dressed so early?" Joey asked as he walked into the kitchen, followed by Chels. "Brandy is getting released from the hospital today and she wanted me to pick her up. I wanna be on time," Justin answered. "On time for what?" Katy asked as she, Lance, Cheryl, and Chris all walked into the kitchen. "To pick up Brandy." Joey answered. "Ohhhhhhhhh." All the others smiled. "Gessh. You all never give it a rest, do ya?" Justin smirked. "Nope." They all answered in unison. "Has anybody seen JC?" Lance asked. "Not since last night." Justin answered. "He prolly staid with Kimber." Chris stated. "I wonder how she's doing." Cheryl asked out loud as she and Katy went and got the milk and cereal for everyone to have breakfast. "Justin, Brandy doesn't get released till 11:00, right?" Katy asked. "Yeah, why? What is going on in your head?" "Well, it's only 9, if we eat fast we can all go over and get her, plus check on Kimber and see if JC's there." "Sounds like a plan to me." Chels said as they all stared to dig into breakfast.
