Your Max. Your rival steals PokeMon and instead of Prof. Oak there's Prof. Elm. You get to pick one of three new starting PokeMon. Your choices are Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile. Chikorita is a grass type. Cyndaquil is a fire type. And Totodile is a water type. If you get Chikorita your rival gets Cyndaquil. If you get Cyndaquil your rival gets Totodile. And if you get Totodile your rival gets Chikorita. I chose Cyndaquil on my Silver game. I think Cyndaquil is the strongest of all three. His evolutions are also really powerful. Cyndaquil is the PokeMon for me. He looks cool, he's strong, and he's a fire type.
