“Hey Scott! Do you know where the double stuff oreo’s are?” Dave yelled to Scott who was sitting in the family room watching Beverly Hills 90210.
“No, maybe we’re out,” he yelled back as he put the package underneath the couch and wiped off his face.
“Yeah right Scott! I know you have them!” Dave remarked. “Now fork um over,” Dave comanded as he walked into the family room and stood firmly infront of the tv.
“My dear David. I don’t have the OREO’s,” he screamed in his face. “Maybe Bob does,” Scott suggested.
“Maybe I have what?” Bob asked as he walked into the family room already filled with his two brothers.
“Dave here insists that I have the double stuff oreo’s!” Scott said.
“Cause you do! And I want some!” Dave complained.
“Well I don’t have them!” Bob yelled now concerned that he was going to get blamed for the whole ordeal, like always.
“Bob don’t lie!” Scott comanded.
“I’m not!” Bob protested. Just then Clint walked into the room and sat down on the couch. He was holding a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos and he switched from Fox to WB.
“Clint’s got them!” Scott yelled with an evil grin that said ‘I’m glad I’m not getting blamed for this’. Clint looked over at his brothers with a confused look. But that look quickly turned to shock when he watched his three brothers jump for him.
“Sarah!” Mrs. Roberts called from downstairs.
“Coming Mom!” Sarah answered as she zipped up her shorts. She ran down the stairs hopping it was Clint who was waiting for her in the family room. She rounded the corner only to find her mother standing there with a man, a woman, a boy, and two girls.
“Sarah these are the Romano’s. This is Mrs. and Mr. Romano, their son Micheal, and daughters Selena and Alison,” her mother introduced. Sarah shook everyones hands.
“Honey why don’t you show the girls around,” her mother suggested. Sarah rolled her eyes and motioned for the girls to follow her outside.
“Okay, I’m supposed to be at my boyfriends house right now. Would you mind coming with me?” Sarah asked.
“No, not at all,” Alison replied.
“First of all I have to ask you this....” Sarah trailed off. “Are you fans of the Moffatts?” Sarah cringed.
“Oh my gosh! YES! I love them!” Selena replied.
“Oh wonderful. I was afraid of that,” Sarah muttered.
“What was that?” Alison asked now getting defensive.
“Nothing! I didn’t mean it in a harsh way. But before we go anywhere we need to talk about something. Have a seat,” Sarah said. The two girls sat in the beach chairs that were laying on the floor.
“Selena, you know the Moffatts live here right?” Sarah asked cautiously.
“Yeah....”
“What would you say if I told you they lived right next store to me and that I’ve grown up with them for the past 5 years?” Sarah watched as all the color dripped from Selena’s face.
“Are you serious?” Selena managed to choke out.
“Yeah.”
“Well what are we waiting for? Let’s go meet them!” Selena told both girls as she jumped out of her chair. The three girls made their way to the Moffatt’s driveway. As they were approaching the back door, Sarah stopped and faced Alison and Selena.
“Now Selena, these are my friends.....please try to stay alive while meeting them,” Sarah begged.
“I’ll try. But just one question,” Selena stated with a grin. Sarah rolled her eyes and then asked, “And what is that?”
“Is Scott single?” she asked, her voice filled with hope. Sarah rolled hers eyes again, sighed, and opened the door.
“GUYS! For the last time, I don’t have them!!” Clint yelled to his brothers as his eyes frantically searched the room for something to prove his case.
“Yes you do!” Dave screamed back as he punched Clint in the arm.
“Umm....guys?” Sarah said trying to get their attention.
“Ouch! Now that really hurt! Come here you dumbshit!” Clint angrily stated as he got up to chase his brother.
“GUYS!!” Sarah screamed at the top of her lungs. All four boys turned to see where the scream came from.
“Thanks for your attention,” Sarah said sarcastically. “Now, these are our new neighbors, Selena and Alison,” Sarah introduced the two girls. Bob walked up to the girls and shook their hands.
“We’ll finish this later,” Clint whispered to Dave as they walked up to Selena and Alison. After Selena shook Clint and Dave’s hands, she watched as Scott walked up to her. He was so much better looking in real life then he was in any picture.
“Hey Selena,” Scott said.
“Selena? Selena?” Alison asked as she patted her sisters face.
“Make way! Comin through!” Clint informed the group as he sat down beside Selena. He poured ice cold water out of the 60’s decorated paper cup. Selena shot up only to smack her head against Clint’s, knocking her back to the floor.
“Ouch! I was only trying to help but if your going to be that way about it,” Clint laughed. Selena began to laugh, but it made her head hurt so she stopped.
“Are you okay?” Scott asked Selena as he helped her up.
“Yeah, I think so,” Selena replied as she accepted the ice pack from Sarah. There was a moment of silence, then Dave spoke up.
“Well, what should we do the rest of the day? It’s only 12:30.”
“Wanna see a movie?” Bob asked the group. Everyone agreed that it would be fun to see a movie.
