“I’ve never traveled first class before! This is so cool!” an excited Sarah exclaimed. If she was in any pain she did a good job of hiding it. If only she knew what problems that would bring to her in the future.
She was sitting with Clint, Bob and Scott were sitting behind them, and Dave was sitting accross the aisle with some grumpy business man. Mr. and Mrs. Roberts were sitting behind Scott and Bob, and Mr. and Mrs. Moffatt were sitting accross from The Roberts. This gave Sarah, Clint, and Dave a lot of freedom. Sarah picked up the magazine stored in the seat pocket infront of her, labled “American Airlines”. As she flipped through she found that you could listen to music on the armrest nearest to you. She grabbed her headphones and shoved them on her head. She began to flip through the stations. Her face lit up and she began to hit the sleeping Clint beside her, waking him up.
“What the....” Clint sleepily questioned. He grabbed Sarah’s hands so she would stop. She looked at him with excitement.
“Put your headphones on and go to channel four,” Sarah said as she handed Clint some head phones. Clint put them on to see what she was freaking out about. Meanwhile Sarah had informed Dave, Scott, and Bob. They all, on key, began to sing to their favorite song.
“I’VE SEEN BETTER DAYS! I’VE BEEN THE STAR OF MANY PLAYS! I’VE SEEN BETTER DAYS!” all five of them sang a the top of their lungs. The flight attendents stared at them with amusement and their parents were throughly embarrassed and mad.
“This is all your fault Sarah,” Bob accused refering to their punishment as they sat in the car. They were on their way to Paso Robles, 3 and a half hours away from San Jose....where they flew in. When they arrived at the hotel they were to go straight to their assigned rooms for the rest of the night.
“It is not my fault! I didn’t make you sing! It’s your profession!” Sarah shot back sticking her tounge out.
“That’s mature!” Bob retorted.
“Would both of you shut up?! I have a spliting headache!” Scott complained.
“Really? Where’s your head spliting?” Clint sarcasticly asked as he searched his brothers scalp for a split. Scott hit his brothers hands in an attempt to shoo him away.
Three hours later The Moffatts and The Roberts stood in the lobby of Paso Robles Inn. After they checked in they left the lobby and walked outside to their rooms. The Paso Robles Inn was an outside hotel. In other words when you walked out of your room you were outside. They walked through the mini park to their rooms. (*Authors note: Okay I don’t really know how to explain this, bare with me!*) Mr. and Mrs. Roberts were staying in room 119, and Mr. and Mrs. Moffatt were staying in room 120. Sarah, Bob, Scott, Clint and Dave were staying in rooms 129 and 130.
“I’m trusting you five,” Mrs. Roberts sternly stated as she pointed her finger at the five teens. They all flashed her their most inocent smiles.
“Go on! Get to your rooms!” Mr. Moffatt said waving his hand. They ran to room 129 and stood outside the door.
“Okay it’s going to be two and three......” Sarah started.
“I’m not staying with Bob! He snores!” Clint said as he backed away. Dave and Scott backed away in agreement.
“I do not!” Bob protested.
“You guys are so mean!” Sarah said standing by Bob. “I’ll stay with him. Scott give me the key,” Sarah demanded. Scott handed her the key and they walked into their room.
