In Memory of Mr. William This award is for any sites that are devoted to life, cancer, death, loss of a child or family member, family oriented pages, etc.  The pages need not be totally of a serious nature, but can also be humorous as well (Mr. William did enjoy a good laugh and a joke).
Mr. William's Golden Memories Award of Excellence This award is for more serious sites dedicated to children and/or the loss of a child.
	Beautiful Site Award This is an all around general site award
Mr. William's Heavenly Site Award This award is also for more serious sites dedicated to children and/or the loss of a child as well as sites that are dedicated to the Lord. (This award is not restricted solely to sites dedicated to the loss of a loved one)
	Family Site Award This award will be given to sites that are devoted to family.  They may be serious or fun.

Awards will be given based on the following:

• Text that is easy to read with a good background (inability to read text through a background is a real strain on the eyes)

• Text must be written in English or have the ability to be translated into English

• Images, graphics and pages in general must load without a lengthy waiting period

• No broken links (except for the usual guestbook problems, host problems, etc.)

• A family safe site (would you want your child to visit the pages?)

• If you have music on your pages is it in proper working order, can it be turned off and does it fit the theme of your site?

• Pages must be complete and without "Under Construction" signs

• No bandwidth stealing

• No Excessive animation of images

• Credit for custom graphics that are not your own creation must be given to the creator (preferably with a link to their website)

• ABSOLUTELY NO VIOLENCE, RACISM, DISRESPECT TO ANYONE, CHILD ABUSE, SEXUALLY ORIENTED MATERIAL, PROFANITY OR HATRED WILL BE ACCEPTABLE AND WILL IMMEDIATELY BE DISQUALIFIED FROM CONSIDERATION.

Awards will be given based solely on my opinion, and while I am not an expert or even the best judge of websites, I do know what I like and what appeals to me.  I sincerely hope that you have taken a few moments to browse through "Some Call It Heaven" and not just simply clicked into this page to apply for an award.  All awards that this web site has received have come from people who visited us and took the time to read through the pages and we have extended the same courtesy to them by visiting the pages that they either created or had created for them.
