New/old discovery
Mood:  a-ok
I think I've been to this page before, but maybe not since I don't remember these PPG pics. Why do people always want to make the girls older than five?
PPGs and RRBs
Here's some more by Danny Sulca, a not so new discovery Princess, RRBs + Mojo, and PPGs
Find the thumbnails. Click the thumbnails.

Off the subject of Powerpuffs, I found a French list of animations, which eventually led me to DIC. Not only is there a cartoon about trolls, you know, THOSE trolls, but they've been girly teen-ized, so much that they don't even look like THOSE trolls. It seems like something that would've been made in the 80s. Does anyone besides me remember "Stone Protectors"? Trollz
Hey, where's the black one? Boo Hiss. More importantly I found filmax's animation stuff. Nocturna looks interesting but I can't view the quicktime files. Bah! Pinocho's worth drawing. Never was that big on the story though. Check out some of the films. You might find something you like.

New shows
Mood:  party time!
I saw Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and have it on tape, the movie that is. I was wondering whether I'd add fan art to the line up. I may as well, who's it hurting. Maybe I'll wait till I see about a season of it. In other news, Angelfire's web log has new features since I last posted. Yahoo! I haven't done an oekaki in a while, have I.

Sunburn
Future "small image" icon thing.
I just felt the need to use "color burn".

Someone said my last Bubbles looked similar to the style of Kirsten Ulve. "Everybody Uno. Everybody play."

To save time I drew another Bubbles by hand while I was in the library. Thick outlines are easier to color, n'est-ce pas?

You can see the hit version at Deviant Art for now, and a smaller GIF version will be uploaded to the site. I wouldn't have celebrated if someone hadn't pointed it out.

in the works
feeling dream in style-ish
but I'm trying to spend less time in my room unless it's to draw something more important such as a print or type my paper or something. Thankfully, these pictures wouldn't take long to do. If I play my cards right, I can start and finish before class.

Aware
Desktop image comes from www.studioysr.com. The artist is easy to find.

I added ad-aware to my harddrive with much hesitation. I would normally remove stuff manually, but when I booted up with a search toolbar one morning, that did it. I'm still researching and removing things from the registry that don't belong there, but this helps keep junk in check. Oh yeah, I got rid of that toolbar personally. You better believe it.

Oh, nothing much
Like I need a good reason to post. I saw this character at Nanae's site (the name escapes me), and I wonder if it was an original or someone else's, but maybe it's just me who'd draw someone else's before my own, as if I had any "own", so I drew it with colors sampled straight from the reference.

Thanks for the gifts, Puffyruff Girl.

Puffnstuff archive

Oy, this pop up search window is killing me. I don't understand. There aren't even any links besides my own site listed, so what's the point in a pop up search window that lists similar sites? It annoys the crap out of me. I might be moving the archive to topcities along beside the ASD archive.
Such irony in this post, IF you know what I mean...

Foster home

More stuff on Craig McCracken's new show, "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" and other stuff to come. Interesting how the animation style keeps changing. For example, look at original shorts for Dexter's Lab and the PPG, then the 1st season of Dexter's Lab, the 2nd season of DL and the first seasons of the PPG, then the newest seasons of both shows, then Samurai Jack and the Foster's previews. It's gotten so graphic-y, kind of like what happened to Tom and Jerry over time...
Anyway, here is where I got my Foster's info and here is a list of other previews. 2 kid superhero shows? We've already got the teen superheroes. I think that's enough, but I can't knock it till I see it. This Puffy AmiYumi cartoon however, that's gonna be...different.
