Chapter Seven -- Hands
Lori gets her pass after Suki left the house. When it's about time, she drives to the stadium. She goes straight to the "staff only" entrance. With the pass, she has no problem entering at all. She is entering a long hall way and sees a guy with blonde hair standing at the end of it. He waves at her as she approaches.
"Good evening Lori." Nick says.
"Good evening." Lori smiles.
"I've reserve a very good seat for ya. Just follow my body guard, he'll get you there."
"And will I see you after the show?" Lori asks.
"Of course. Someone will go get you later on." Nick smiles. He gets close to her and whispers into her ears. "Enjoy the show."
Lori was brought to her seat. She figures out that's where families of Backstreet Boys usually sit. She's sitting right between the first row and the stage. It's kinda hidden and no one will really knows she's sitting there. Throughout the show, occasionally, Nick makes eye contact with her. Lori feels really special. As the show ends, in the screaming of the thousands fans, Lori was led outside the stadium annd was then brought backstage. There, she sees Nick again.
"Hey Lori... how was the show?" he asks.
"It was great! Never got to see you guys live so close to the stage." Lori answers.
"Hey guys.. this is Lori." Nick tells other Backstreet Boys.
Lori meets all fo them, then she follows them, ready to leave the stadium.
ON THE OTHER HAND
After the show, Jim drags Suki towards the BSB tour bus parking.
"Where are we going Jim?" Suki asks.
"To find the Backstreet Boys." Jim said.
"For what? We don't have a pass or anything..."
"For autographs. I wanna get it for Lori." As Jim answers, they are standing in the first row, well, behind the fence. Like other fans, waiting for the Boys. Not long after, they hear fans near the door start to scream. They know at once that the Backstreet Boys are coming.
"Lori... stay close to me..." Nick says to Lori. But he realizes Lori is not use to this, so he holds her hand. Lori looks up at him at once. "You gotta stay close to me..." Nick smiles, still holding onto her hand. They make their way through the pushing and screaming fans and Nick stops to sign autograph for a fan which is standing less than a feet away from Jim and Suki. Nick signs autograph with his right hand, while still holding Lori's hand with his left hand. Jim is busy looking for the BSB CD he bought for autograph while Suki yelled, "Lori?"
"Where?" Jim asks. He looks up and drops the CD. Lori is right there with Nick Carter, holding onto his hand. Because there are too many people, Lori didn't see Jim and Suki. She follows Nick onto his tour bus.
"So Lori was telling the truth, she really knew Nick Carter."
Lori stays with the Boys for a short while, then she sneaks back to gets her car. Before she leaves, Nick says, "Lori, we'll be on tour for three months, I guess I'll see you three months later then."
"Alright, take care Nick." She gives Nick a hug and leaves.
Lori arrives home about half an hour later. Once she enters home, she sees Suki jumps up from the couch.
"Lori!!!"
"Sup Suki.. wow you're back so soon."
"Jim and I saw you with Nick Carter, and he is holding your hand..." Suki says.
"Yea... I was there..." Lori answers.
"Lori.. are you guys..."
"Suki... I don't know... the guys are going on tour for the following three months." Lori answers with confusion.
