Ann Fields scored twice and contributed a pair of assists, leading Pinecrest to a 5-0 soccer victory over Hoke County at home Wednesday.      Latanya Cain also scored two goals, giving her 33 for the season. The sophomore went into Thursday’s match against Lee County tied with the graduated Laura Peters and Lauren Broderick for the most goals in a single season by a Patriot player.      Cain opened the scoring in the 24th minute after taking a pass from Morgan Maples. The first goal by Fields in the 35th minute was assisted by Jenny Rocque. Fields assisted on the first two goals of the second half, one the record-tying score by Cain and the other by Molly Lynch. Fields completed the scoring in the 65th minute, finishing off a rebound.      Katelyn Burwell and Morgan Saunders combined in goal for Pinecrest. The Patriots are now 10-0 in the Mid-Southeastern Conference and 13-3-1 overall.
