The Pinecrest girls' soccer team (15-1-2, 11-0 conference) defeated Westover 11-0 on the road Wednesday night.      Patriot goals were scored by Ann Fields (two), Molly Lynch (two), Mollyrose Milewski, Sara Cole, Katie Fields, Allison Auman, Kristen Anderson, LaTanya Cain and Stephanie Carter. Contributing assists were Cole (two), Carter (two), Brittney Dishner (two), Milewski, Lynch, Katie Fields and Sarah Patnode.      The Patriots played a non-conference match on Thursday at Apex. On Monday they travel to Seventy-First for a 7 p.m. league contest.
