(Continued)      Friday night in Pittsboro, the Patriots moved to 5-0 overall with the win over the sixth-ranked team in the 1-A/2-A preseason coaches' poll.      Allison Auman opened the scoring in the 28th minute with a shot high into the net from about 18 yards away after taking a pass from Ann Fields. Just before halftime, Fields was also on the front end of the second goal scored, when Molly Lynch finished her cross.      In the second half, Sara Cole connected from about 20 yards out off a pass from Stephanie Carter, Lauren Broderick scored unassisted and later crossed a ball that Malorie Potts put in the net to complete the scoring.      The Chargers, now 5-1-1, managed to get off only a handful of shots. Katelyn Burwell and Molly Hill shared the goalkeeping in the Pats' third shutout of the season.      The Patriots return to conference action with a 7 p.m. match at Hoke County on Monday.
