The Pinecrest boys' soccer team completed the regular season by defeating Seventy-First 10-0 in a Monday Senior Night contest and Douglas Byrd 9-0 in Fayetteville on Wednesday.      David Jannone, one of 12 seniors, led the attack both nights with a hat trick, as the Patriots finished 14-0 in the Mid-Southeastern Conference and 16-5-2 overall.      Pinecrest, which earned a first round bye in the 4-A state playoffs, will host a second round match on Saturday, Nov. 8, against the winner of the first round match between lower seeds from the Two Rivers and Mid-Southeastern conferences.
