Kayla walked into the caravan and found it clean for once. Her eyebrows raised in surprise. She knew Taylor had had a day off and she had expected him to stay home and make a mess of the caravan. But he wasn't home and the caravan was clean. She smiled as she set her bag on the table and opened the fridge to see what she was going to make for dinner. Inside she found a note. "What the.." she said. She opened it and began to read it.
Kay,
Don't cook anything for dinner. I'll bring it home, had to go into work after all.

Kayla smiled and set the note on the table.
"Knock knock!" Jaymi called out as she walked into the caravan.
"Why say knock knock when you don't even knock anyway?" Kayla asked her sister. Jaymi shrugged.
"I dunno. Cause I feel like it" She said. "Anyway, I have my first ultra sound on Monday... will you come with me? Cause Mom and Ike have to work... and I want you there" She said. Kayla laughed.
"Oh, I don't work do I?"
"Not on Monday... Amanda wont mind... it's only for half the day anyway... my ultra sound's at ten in the morning then you can just go to work in the afternoon. You gotta come Kayla or I'll never forgive you" Jaymi said.
"Ok Ok I'll come!" Kayla exclaimed. Jaymi grinned.
"Thankyou!" She cried. She hugged her sister and then opened the fridge. "You have any Grapefruit juice?"
"Why the hell would Taylor and I have grapefruit juice when we both hate the stuff?" Kayla asked. "And why do you want some when you hate it to?"
"I don't like it but the baby does, so now I do" Jaymi said. "Did I tell you what happened the other night while I was at Ike's?"
"Yes you told me. You called here at five in the morning. Since both Taylor and I had to get up for work sister dear, we weren't impressed about your late night call" Kayla told her.
"Okies then. I'll make a mental note of that... you guy's don't like late night calls" Jaymi said, grinning. "Well, I'll be off now... I just came by to see if you would come with me. I'm just gonna go in and see Diana then I'll go home. I think C.J's visiting Zac anyway so if she's there then I'll just go home with her."
"Ok cya later" Kayla said. Jaymi walked out and Kayla flopped back on her bed.
C.J walked into the kitchen and found it empty. She sighed and looked at the mess that Ben was meant to clean up. She picked up a plate and rinsed it off, then she put it into the dishwasher. Just as she was finishing up she heard the front door slam and loud laughter. Ben was home and he had brought company.
"Ben? that you?" C.J yelled out.
"Yep" Ben said as he and his friend walked into the kitchen. His friend looked C.J up and down.
"Hey Ben, you gonna introduce us?" He asked, a sleazy grin on his face.
"Oh, yeah, this is C.J... C.J this is Adam...." Ben said, not really all that interested. Adam smiled at C.J.
"Nice to meet you babe." He said. C.J rolled her eyes and turned to Ben.
"I just cleaned up this place... which is your job!" She exclaimed. It was Ben's turn to roll his eyes.
"I would have done it later! You didn't have to go and do it!" He snapped.
"Oh forget it.. just don't mess it up!" C.J said and walked out of the room. Ben heard the front door and guessed she was going to see Zac.
"Ok, what's to eat?" Adam asked.
"Uhh.. anything in the frigde...go for it." Ben told him. Adam walked over and pulled out a large chocolate cake. Both boys grinned and Adam set it down on the counter.
"So, that C.J chick is the one you told me about... like everyone thought she was dead but then she turns up in a mall?" Adam asked. Ben nodded.
"Yeah.. she's been living here for a while now.. to bad she's going with Zac.. she's pretty hot." Ben said.
"Zac? ... not Zac Hanson?". Ben nodded again. "Damn.. I was gonna ask her out..but I'm not gonna bother.. not with her being Zac's chick.." Adam said. Ben laughed.
"Like she would go out with you anyway!"
"She would! She wanted me man! I could see it!" Adam exclaimed. Ben laughed even harder.
"Yeah... sure.. you keep telling yourself that!". The two boys finished off the cake and made their way up to Ben's room.
Taylor opened the caravan door and looked around. It was still clean, only he noticed Kayla's handbag on the table. He then saw her fast asleep on the bad. Taylor set the Chinese food on the table next to the handbag and went over to the bed.
"Hey... Kay?..sweetie? you awake?" He whispered. She stirred and turned over, facing him. Her eyes opened and she smiled.
"Hey.. oh geez, I must have fallen asleep!.. what time is it?" She asked, sitting up.
"Uhh... its about 6:30... I bought dinner.. Chinese..hope your in the mood for it." Taylor said, getting up then helping Kayla up off of the bed. The two sat down at the table and then began to eat.
"Jaymi came by today. Her first ultra sound is on Monday" Kayla said.
"Really? Is Ike going?"
"Nah, he has to work.... she wants me to go with her. So I have to take the morning off. Maybe Jaymi and I could go look at some apartments... for me and you. I mean, we're starting to get enough money to pay for the first few weeks rent. What do you think?" Kayla asked.
"I don't know Kay... I'd like to be with you when we go see apartments... why not tomorrow?"
"Well, I have to work for starters. Your job is Monday to Friday, mine's Monday to Saturday... you know that. I guess I could see if Lila will work for me tomorrow... she needs the money... but then again, we do to". Taylor shook his head.
"Listen. Don't worry about it. We'll just go another time" Taylor said.
"What? what did I say?" Kayla asked.
"Nothing. We'll just go another time to look for an apartment... it can wait"
"Don't Taylor."
"Don't what?"
"I don't want to argue with you over this. Do you want to go tomorrow or not?"
"It's up to you." Taylor said. Kayla groaned.
"Ok, we are off this subject as of now. I really don't want to fight tonight." She said. Taylor just nodded.
"Looks like we have to get dinner for ourselves. Mom, Doug and Carly have gone out for dinner." Jaymi said, reading the note left for them.
"No worries. I'll just cook us up some 2 minute noodles... that ok with you?"
Yeah, but can you mix the chicken and beef flavourings together in mine?"
"Uh, sure Jay..." C.J said, giving her friend a strange look. Jaymi grinned and then walked into her room. C.J walked into the kitchen and saw Ben's friend, Adam, in there. She decided to ignore him. He didn't have the same idea.
"Hey C.J"
"Hello" C.J said as she concentrated on getting Jaymi's food ready. She felt Adam walk up so that he was behind her. She tensed up but soon relaxed when she remembered that she wasn't alone with Adam in the house. Adam placed his hands on her shoulders and spun her around. "Let go of me!" C.J cried before Adam placed his mouth onto hers in a hungry kiss. C.J pulled away and then slapped Adam across the mouth. He cried out in pain.
"That hurt you bitch!" He snarled.
"Good" C.J replied as she picked up Jaymi's bowl of noodles. "Maybe it will remind you not to do it again" She said as she flounced out of the kitchen. She passed Ben in the hall way who was on his way to the kitchen. She grabbed his arm and turned him around.
"What?" He snapped.
"In the future, tell your friend to control his hormones" C.J told him before walking up the stairs and into Jaymi's room.
