Know all men by these presents that I Dorcas Musslewhite of the State and County aforsesaid of sound and discriminating mind do hereby make my last will and testament Viz: First of all I bequeath my Soul to the God who gave it.

To my daughter Elizabeth Kiker widow of Edmon Kiker Dec'd, I bequeath my black mare.
To Asa Traywick, Robert Traywick, Berryman Traywick, Henry L. Traywick, Abigail Horn, Sarah Woodward, and Catherine Gurley, Equally I bequeath the proceeds of the sale of the tract of land on which I now live consisting of 130 acres more or less lying in the state and county aforesaid.
To Drury and Leonard Musslewhitem equally, I bequeath the remainder of my property consisting of my present crop of corn, cotton, wheat and oats, my stock of Horses, cattle and Hogs; and my household and kitchen furniture.

I appoint my son Asa Traywick the Executor of this will and request that he take Drury and Leonard Musslewhite and their property under his care and management. Executed this the 13th day of Jul 1861 under my hand and seal.

Then the foregoing last will and testamnet of Dorcas Musslewhite was offered for probate and duly provide in Open Court by the Oath of C. M. Mitchem one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded - whereupon Asa Traywick the Executor therein named offered in open court and was duly qualified to execute said last will and testament and letters testamentary were ordered to issue--
